Food was okay. Server forgot to enter our order which significantly delayed our food arrival. She was transparent and apologized which I appreciate but it resulted in a long meal in a very loud restaurant.

Got the ribeye (the smaller portion) it was perfectly medium rare and I had enough leftovers for a steak and eggs breakfast the next morning. Kind of loud for conversation but I guess that's what you get when a place is popular.

Reducing to 3 stars. Was there tonight and watched 3 tables who get there after us and were served and done eating before we even got our salads. Medium rare steak came out mostly rare. Server did not apologize for the delay and we found out from manager that our orders weren't entered at the kitchen by our server for 15 minutes after we gave them our order.

Jacob single handedly ruined my entire Date night. First we got on the waitlist and sat in the restaurant for an hour before we went to a seat. I went to the bathroom the floors were so greasy in the bathroom if you wear heels you will fall. I came back and the disrespectful Jacob was ready to take our order. He did not let the ladies order first which was rude. I didn’t recall having any beef with him prior to this incident. He then forgot our silverware twice so we could not eat our appetizers. Our food came back and it was fantastic because the kitchen didn’t play. However when the food reached the table I discovered my plate was smaller than everyone else’s. Finally I saw a cool server and asked for a grown up plate she was so kind and immediately helped me. By the time I was able to eat my meal every one else was already finished. We asked Jacob for a box he never got it. Eventually the nice server got me a box. What an awful experience.
