My husband and I stopped in for dinner. our server Peggy was so sweet and clearly at her age trying to make some money. my complaint is with the cook! she was rude and had an attitude towards Peggy for everyone to hear! there is no reason for her to speak to Peggy in that manner. we felt bad for her, and someone needs to have a talk with your cook! she is reason why we won't be back. Peggy a #10, the cook a #2......

The food looked and smelled delicious. Our waitress was wonderful.Unfortunately, the restaurant was so filthy we couldn’t sit there after ordering drinks. The floors were caked with food, trash, and sopping wet in spots. The bathrooms were awful. The sink had food chunks in it and there was feces all over the toilet seat. Staff was informed but unconcerned.We love Waffle House, but the conditions were absolutely deplorable. The pictures are two small examples of the debris and condition.

James on the first shift is an exceptional rock star! His genuine care and enjoyment in his job shone through, creating an awesome dining experience. The outstanding food, from perfectly cooked waffles to hashbrowns covered, smothered, capped, and diced peppered, along with fantastic eggs and delicious apple butter with raisin toast, made the meal truly enjoyable. An unforgettable experience!

Awful experience. The food and MY service was great. But the cook (or manager it wasn't quite clear) kept yelling at the server who helped us (Makayla i think was her name). She was yelling really loudly and waffle house isn't that big of an establishment. Our server was visibly distressed and if this is a manager of the establishment, the entire crew needs to be rethought and that's coming from someone with years of service experience especially in the restaurant business.

We went to the store #933 on October 8, 2023. At 1150pm. We arrived with people waiting for a table which is understandable. But there were so many dirty dishes on tables ands on the counters. We were waiting for about 20 minutes and people started walking out of restaurant. When it was our turn and Once a couple got up I went to the table and was stand next to it. The person that was supposed to be our server was cashing out someone and started giving me and our group a dirty look. But other than addressing us the server ignored my group and told the couple behind us that she was clean the next table to server them. After about another 10 minutes she comes over to the table I am standing at and disrespected me. She stated in an attitude “ are you waiting on a table” and I replied “yes ma’am.” She immediately replied “I can tell”. After she cleaned the table she stated welcome to Waffle House. I said thank you. I shook my head and she ask if there was something wrong and I said no it is okay, we She states this is Waffle House and this is what you get. She asked what to drink and we all replied “ could we get waters please” and she said please and thank you take you a long way. At this point was wife was done. We told her that we would go to a different Waffle House because of the disrespect. And we left. I have been to the location #933 so many times because we do to kings island all the time and we always had a great experience. But this was so disrespectful and I wish I got the servers name, she is dark hair and put it up in a messy bun.

Came in for breakfast yesterday on my birthday and once again came in a clutch..you guys made it just right on the money..service was excellent waitress whom may have been pregnant was moving around with ease taking care of every customer she had..keep up the amazing
