Didn’t give me one of my comboes and refused to give it to me when I came back to pick it up. It was the lady with the short hair I think who is a supervisor, always running the drive through. Noticed she has some complaints below as well.

Hit or miss. Most of the time it's what I expect from Wendy's however, when I visited last week I was very disappointed. My Dave's Double was sub-par. Hot beef patties matter!

Food was really fresh. They messed up my order which happens but fixed it right away with no issues. All the staff were really friendly and seemed to be having a good time. Keep it up guys and gals!

I love this wendys ! Every time I come here they have fresh baked potatoes which is awesome because most of the time I go to other locations they NEVER have potatoes!!

We dropped our car off at Firestone, walked across the street at 7:45am to get breakfast and realized the dining room doesn't open until 9am. We were going to walk thru the drive thru, but Tyler stuck his head out of the window and told us they were unlocking the doors for us and to come inside. Tyler and Shyanne were both very kind, polite, friendly and professional!Also, the food was hot and fresh!

There is a lady with blonde short hair who always works the drive thru . she refused to honor a comp order when my order has been wrong the last two times I came through the drive thru. More than likely have received wrong order due in the past due to new employees training. I get it things happen! She always seems flustered & annoyed while trying to train new employee. She was rude to me when I told her I had a comp order after speaking with a manager previously. She told me they have to charge for the food since I’m getting. That should NOT be the case considering i spoke to a manager previously. Probably will never come back to this Wendy’s. It’s a shame because they do have hot food for the most part. Good luck with good customer service. Thank god their competitors is a few doors down ?

Food was delicious except my sandwich had pickle on it that normally never does. Other than that it was perfect. We were the only people there so the place was quiet. The soda machine in lobby needs some help. You have to hit the screen several times to select anything and it takes a good 5 minutes to do so. Only major issue I had was needing crackers and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting for the workers to stop talking and come out of the back. When one did see me standing there she turned quickly back around and stood where u couldn't see her. Eventually someone came up after I said hello about 3 times.

Speaker wasn't working and we could barely hear to place our order. We were leaning g out of the car to hear the speaker and they asked what we wanted to drink. Finally we just say that was all we wanted because we couldnt even hear to continue ordering what we wanted. We pull up to the window and worker was laughing that her speaker was broken and it was super unprofessional. We were handed orange juice when we ordered fruit punch and she shut the window and walked away. So we just pulled up and got our food so we could leave. We were done. We somehow got the correct food order but no straws for drinks, napkins or any of the they essentials that would normally be with an order. Not happy.

50 cents for barbecue sauce? Really? Greedy owners. Your fast food is already overpriced and you have to charge because I want a little barbecue sauce with my fries? So dumb.

Photo uploads not working.Went today (11/4/23, at roughly 11:50am-12pm window, through drive-thru) and bought a Biggie Bag. Found a METAL SHAVING in my French fries about 1.5in long, twisted, and sharp. Thankfully the fries were the first thing I started eating. Refuse to eat the rest of this. Called the location on the way home and the girl that answered the phone sounded completely bored by this obvious health hazard. I was only offered replacement food as an option, though honestly if the food is this dangerous and the workers that uncaring, then I don’t want MORE of it. She didn’t even bother apologizing. I will not visit this location again. Take. Safety. Seriously.

1 star strictly so I can leave this: My name is Alyssa Cooper, I worked here for a long time and was friends with a manager named Christopher Villegas. He and I were close but not romantically. In 2019 he raped me. And for 4 years I sat silent, humiliated, and destroyed until I saw him again in February. My husband went to work at that store and he was still there. The GM Jenny told me when I was there ordering food that I had made Christopher uncomfortable and I was therefore banned from the premises, and the parking lot. I opened an investigation with Warren County since it happened there, and they told me there wasn't enough evidence to prove force. So here I am sharing my story. For everyone. Jenny how dare you? Would you tell this to your daughter? I will not be silenced anymore. Not only did I make him "uncomfortable" but Jenny was afraid that I would cause a scene or start a fight when I just wanted to order and eat my food and be on my way. She told me to keep it a secret so it wouldn't blow up for the store and Chris. "STORE POLICY."SCREW THAT!
