This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too.Only ones at the counter and employee didn’t even care to wait in us for at least 5 minutes.Ice machine broken.NO KETCHUP in the whole store. WHAT??? Really???? Just lied to us so she didn’t have to go back in storage to get it.

Really bad wendys. They will ignore you at the counter and they serve really old food. Not worth the hassle to get it made right, go to the one down the street it is way better!

Just stopped by to do a bathroom run and get something to eat and the doors are locked.Diningroom hours day till 10pm and in the picture you can clearly see the sun is still out and it's Sunday evening March 3rd(?).Not sure if it's a staffing issue as to why the doors are locked at 6pm, but a sign on the door would be great!Not buying anything. Will go elsewhere.

I just left from this establishment with NO RECEIPT.... After waiting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes, I had to wait more than 3 minutes for the Wendy's employee to return my credit card..... I'm not sure if she took pictures or what but of course, after I had to ask for my credit card back, of course she got rude....... Typical...... The customer is "wrong" and has to worry if their food is safe to eat after an employee(s) does something by mistake or wrong......I tried calling this establishment several times and got some type of voicemail????NEVER RETURNING TO ANY WENDY'S ever again!!!!!!!!!!I will continue to try to get ahold of the manager of this Mason (Escort Drive) location.....I will definitely watch my credit card purchases just in case I was being taken advantage of........ZERO STARS!!!!!!

The manager seemed upset because I asked for no salt on the fries. When I asked for sauce her response was "WHAT?!" Because she couldn't hear me at first. Food was good but she made me feel some type of way. And I feel like me asking for no salt had her a lil frustrated ??♂️... So next time I come back I'll keep asking for no salt in hopes they will develope some patience for their customers.

A few days ago I went to this location to get a quick bite to eat. I ordered a Dave’s single and chicken nuggets. Food came out right away, however, it was seriously cold…both burger and nuggets. It must have been sitting around for a long time. Moving on to other places…manager must have been asleep and not keeping an eye on the food or the staff.I’m sure this is a franchised location but is corporate asleep? Are they not inspecting this place in a regular basis? These reviews are horrible. I’m done with Wendy’s. Sticking with McDonalds.

I know a Google review for a major chain like Wendy’s isn’t really gonna make a difference, but seriously this location is AWFUL. I’ve been to it 4 times in 4 years and they’ve screwed something up every time. They’ll mistakenly give your order to another customer, tell you about it without apologizing and then refuse to replace it. I love Wendy’s but this location sucks, just go to one of the others nearby.

I showed up at 6:30 to get breakfast they were not open even though their store says open at 6:30 there were two employees inside I don't know if they didn't feel like doing their jobs or they were just having a late start I stayed till about 6:45 and the store was still not open I did see a manager or what looked like a manager get there I would assume late to open the store so just be wary if you go here for their breakfast hours they may not be open when they say they're supposed to be every time I have gone here though their food was actually good
