This is a staple in my boyfriend and I's date nights. The atmosphere is so elevated, warm and open and everything is very clean. The service is always very speedy and the staff is so welcoming every time we come and they always check up on us. There is never a wait when we come, we're immediately seated. We get the ramen, of course and it's perfect every time. The noodles have the perfect consistency and you can tell that they are fresh and high quality. The broth is delicious and the toppings are to die for! I love the runny egg and bamboo especially. At every table, there is a wooden box of different seasonings like shichimi togarashi, white pepper, chili oil and salt, so you can adjust your ramen to exactly your liking. A lunch or dinner of Zundo is always a great day.

My boyfriend and I have become regulars on a first name basis of the staff of this location. The service is always absolute phenomenal, and Oscar, Joyce, or Janice always make sure that we are taken care of. The food is always delicious and freshly made, and we just love how welcoming and cozy the atmosphere is here. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Reviews from Chowhound Cincinnati say best in city. ( Not) Nothing to write home about. $16.00 for a medium size bowl of Ramen noodles. Two small old tasting fatty tuff pieces of pork. Nothing fresh about any of it. Service was very slow and I was only person in restaurant. ( that should have shouted to me to walk back out?) I should have walked out when I had to wait 10 minutes for waiter to come back and take order. Nothing unenjoyable. I won't be going back

Favorite ramen in Ohio. The shoyu ramen is very flavorful and tastes amazing. The ramen is a nice texture and isn't too thin. They can make it spicy and have a great tea selection. The staff are very sweet and patient. They do not bombard customers and are very knowledgeable. Reasonable prices for portions and great music selection. Very serene if you're looking for a place to relax. Appetizers are also tasty.

This place is warm and cozy . The ramen looked good but I didn't get it so my review is not for that .. Drinks are expensive at 3.75 for soda however refills are free. I tried the gyoza - a tad expensive for 5 tiny pieces but it tasted pretty good. Had a kick of ginger I wasn't a huge fan of however. I also got the teriyaki don - it was good but I've had better. My chicken was a tad too fatty and chewy for my liking. I'd come back maybe one more time but it wasn't my favorite . The staff was very nice but left you alone they asked twice how the food was and then brought refills but otherwise left you by yourself to eat.

Ramen is not so good . It is too salty. Meat slices are too thick. It does not taste as authentic Ramen.
This place was so cute and quaint. I ordered the spicy miso ramen, dumplings, and the bao and it was so delicious! We missed our ramen place in LA and this was pretty comparable. We'll be back!

I’ve been here twice. I got the tonkotsu ramen my first time and the katsu curry rice on next visit. Both were delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was great! Soon after ordering, my food was in front of me! Everything was fresh and the flavors were spot on. Also very clean. I’m definitely adding this to my go to place for ramen. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should. It’s worth checking out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Parking: Parking is never a problem. There’s always plenty of spaces in parking lot.
