Was a one time our go to place but tonight my wife's dinner was a disaster. Rolls could be used for gravel they we that hard, no refill on drinks and there was only 4 tables in use tonight. Would have been nice if they were able to at least take care of some of the bill.

My daughter and I went to the Massillon bob evans for lunch Monday. The man seating us was very unpleasant seating us . It took a long time to get service there seemed to be only one waitress. The worst part of the whole experience was the food . My daughters power bowl had almost nothing in it . My eggs were over done and my shreaded potatoes undone. My wheat toast was rye toast and myDaughters sour bread was white toast. What has happened to Bob evans quality ?

For a restaurant that closes at 9 pm and we show up for dinner at 6 sure is a let down cold food , poor service , what a waste no wonder it was dead the parking lot should of been a sign ..

Always have a good meal at Bob Evans but not at the Massillon location. The dining room was cold. Their landline phone is located in the middle of the dining room and it rang frequently and loudly. Our server was so rushed that he messed up part of our order and what was brought correctly was served to the wrong diner at the table. We had to bite into our food to sort it out. That's understandable as I think they were short handed. The food was subpar. The fruit was old and wilted. All of the food was undercooked. The toast had butter on it that had separated and was oily.I was very disappointed. It appeared to me as if it was a managerial problem. I will always come back to Bob Evans but just not this location.
