" I politely say ok no thanks and head out of door. I overhear someone asking did he want white rice? Her yes. Everyone starts laughing.Friday 4pm no white rice for 20 minutes. Kudos the tree manager.

The last two times I went the staff was EXTREMELY rude and said they could not give change?!?!OUT OF SALAD DRESSING FOR OVER 3 weeks?!! Go to the store and buy a blender... Still have EXTREMELY rude employees. The only guy worth anything there is the older gentleman who they make work the line and cash register as all the other staff stands in the back.

Went last night ( Saturday), and same as always..ugh...place was dirty with food all over the tables, trash overflowing, and the kitchen floor had food scattered all over it. Front line employees get your food then they stand there and play on their phones or chat.The Carryout girl was really busy and kicking butt over there, but front line didn't help her at all!! Drinks were empty, and they were out of lettuce. We keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm pretty sure we're done with this place.

It is like 2 out of 5 times we get a decent meal am talking about the quality of chicken and beef served some times the steak and chicken are so perfect and sometimes this is where we get our disappointed meal the protein served is like the worst chunks of fats and strings.That's how i choose my protein; i look to the products to see, which seems less fatty and more edible, and choose accordingly whether steak, chicken, or carne asada...
I ordered a burrito in a bowl with carne asada. It was delicious, but I was a little upset when I was charged an extra $2 for queso to be added to the bowl.
Low end chipotle, not clean, slow, and the steak was terrible.

Hardly ever have a wait even when it's busy, always clean. They actually give proper portions. Staff is friendly, and I love picking up there as a dasher as well. Food is always ready and properly bagged. Good stuff. Barbacoa salad ? No. Barbacoa burrito. Or bowl with tortilla inside (they give tortilla for free). If your really hungry. Extra white rice. Black bean. Barbacoa. Hot salsa sour cream cheese mmm so good.
