Usually when I go here I don't have many problems but more recently they have been messing up my orders. This last time I came today I asked for a frozen pumpkin coffee which I had gotten the night before and they put in the order and gave me the coffee and I payed and I asked if it was pumpkin because it just didn't look right and she told me no they ran out and she tried to give me the coffee and she already charged me and didn't give me my money back but gave me something else...read full review
I don't know if any managers or other employees read these reviews but please congratulate whoever made me a blueberry cobbler iced coffee around 9:30 pm on Friday August 11th for making the best dunkin coffee I've ever had. I got one the day before at another dunkin and it was so bad I had to throw it away but they never fail me at the Wales location. I've only been to any Dunkin a small handful of times, none in which have been that extraordinary, but the last time I came here the order screens were black, so they had to run the drive-thru as such and they did pretty damn good despite the chaos.
