They change their hours when they want, still accept online orders during closed hours because their app says 24 hours on saturdays, then refuse to give a refund despite filing 3 complaints with no follow up in a month. Frustrating when they hang up upon calling too! Quite literally theft and no follow up is sad.

Not sure what happened but our last visit a few months ago we swore we'd never go back. There has been a drastic change and the food, service and cleanliness was 5 stare!!! We'll see you soon!!!

We tried to go to IHOP for breakfast last night at 12:30 am. I checked the hours that said open 24/7. We drove there to find the outside lights off. When we pulled in the inside lights turned off. So we drove back home and I cooked. Thanks IHop? Not to mention the last time we ate at IHOP I ordered sausage and got hot dogs!!

Ate here yesterday and had the best service!!! The food was great and came out fast the server was awsome I think her name was Rachel!!!! She was one of the best servers I ever had great job everybody will def be back

We spent $50 on breakfast this morning only to have half of our food missing. I called and the General Manager was very rude with an attitude telling me that we couldn’t get a refund because we got a discount. There was no discount and we spent $50. How does that make any sense? When our food was delivered, I started eating my pancakes and there was cardboard in it. I will be needing to speak with cooperate at this point.
