Went there with hubby and another couple. Me and my friend were getting drinks and they had a special drink list and they were really good. We ordered the sampler platter with a mix of 5 or 6 different appetizers it was pretty good, however it was pretty pricy. It was about $27. Bowling was fun but also pricy. Around $90 for 4 people to play 2 games. What happened to the days when bowling was a cheap date? Ugh I'm old lol

Not sure if this and the West Tusc location share the same ownership or not, but these locations are not managed well or have such low expectations of their staff that the overall satisfaction of the customer suffers greatly. Pizzas and other items look like they are hastily prepared without much care. I haven’t opened a box of either locations (most recently the Lincoln Way location) and thought, “that looks good” in a long time. Unequal distribution of sauces and toppings. An IDGAF cutting of each pizza. Different levels of cooking (over/under-done). If there aren’t higher expectations by management and ownership, then the staff is going to do just enough to not get fired. I can’t imagine the that any of the workers are making the menu items for themselves with the same lack of care that they pass out to the public. Not going back. They won’t care. Changes not forthcoming.

seemed to be having issues with pizza portal with multiple customers, also ordered custom pizza with no sauce bc a member in the party can’t eat tomato sauce and I thought ordering ahead of time would save time and they still put sauce on

Ordered 3 pizzas and slices and stix and bread sticks with marinara and 2 garlic butter. 2 of the pizzas were burnt as was the bread stix. The slices and stix was half pepperoni pizza and half Hawaiian pizza not bread stix. They had to remake the slices and stix 2 more times to get it right. They remade the breadstix also. Disappointed after spending $42.00 and sitting in the parking lot for 2 remakes then going home a 2nd time to have the rest of my family done eating and i get cold food by myself.oh yea i got jalapeño cheese instead of garlic butter.

Staff is hit or miss. Some shifts are fabulous. Others make you question how they train their front counter folks. Food again is hit or miss if the staff on that point is following their hold before toss

This is the third time I have been here to get food and it has been something wrong. First time it was old and nasty and the second time I had plastic in my piece of pizza after biting into it and this last time tonight the crazy bread was almost black hard to chew and the pizza looked like it was sitting forever also. I spent my hard earned money on food for me and my kids to eat and have been disappointed each time. It shouldn’t be this way.
