Staff actually making the food/drinks are mostly incompetent in what they are doing. They can’t read the receipts that are printed correctly. The only thing I can say is atleast the food is HOT.

McDonald's continues to nosedive overall. You walk in to experience traditional dining and actually order from a human, they look at you like you're from a time capsule. Unfortunately you have to order online or drive through to get good service.

UNDERCOVER BOSS IS NEEDED ASAPThis used to he a family friendly place, polite and friendly all hours of the day. To say it's gone down hill is an understatement. Rude and unprofessional staff walking around on phones and getting snippy with anyone who needs service. Theft, fighting, smoking, foul language are all but a few reasons why I don't step foot in this facility

I'm not sure why it's so hard for the evening crew at this location to make a sandwich with no salt on the patty. For some reason to them it means no onions. I've have yet to have them prepare my food correctly at this location in the evening.

This place is literally a stain on our community...very unsanitary and they don't even prepare half the food they just say they are out...the owner of this franchise has been mad aware and doesn't take actionTHERE ARE 2 MCDONALDS WITHIN 2 MILES OF THIS ONE. PLEASE DONT EST HERE!

This store needs work as a 24 hour FAST FOOD establishment they are not fast and the food is usually incorrect in the order. These are mistakes that can be changed with training. What shouldn't be happening is "the registers are down we are cash only" on a regular basis and on top of that when i asked for a receipt and tried to verify my order they charged me extra. The price of a Mcdouble is $3.5 at this location a large soft drink is $1.40 including tax on drinks i was charged $5.5 in the drive thru where there is no tax on food and that is not counting the guy admitted to "Rounding up .02 cents" which was still incorrect math. you would think you would have to round down for customer sake otherwise you are lying about the prices even on the menu? and not presented a receipt they are trained poorly, incompetent, or thieves. Someone needs to over haul this location and re-train or remove its management to start with and then train the employees.
