They gave me salt on the fries when I specifically asked for no salt and they gave me unsweetened tea which I'm a tea girly so I'm very upset.

It's so expensive now. The quality is inconsistent and the fries are always soggy and gross. Undercooked. They never have enough employees to even run the drive through.

Came through the drive-thru today and purchased a large Coke and I couldn't believe how friendly the girl was at the cashier window and the young man who gave me my drink.....? What a wonderful experience and it put me in such a good mood!!! ?

Ordered kids meal. They told me to pull forward so they can make new fries with no one in line. Comes out and says careful fries are hot. I wait like 3 minutes cold and stale. Oh well. I come back 10 minutes later. Ordered burger and McChicken. Told me to pull forward to wait. I said forget as I see they made someone else pull forward to wait. I drive around the building and see no one else in line and that customer is getting their order. Stop making people pull forward for no one in line. And cold stales fries. F.o

Today when I came throught the drive thru I ordered a quarter pounder meal with a large fry and a large sweet tea with light ice and a 4 piece nugget. When I pulled up I was given my tea and asked to pull forward. I tasted the tea It was not sweet at all.I asked the girl at the window.If it was sweet tea, she said yes, I ask her if she can remake it because it's not sweet at all.There's something wrong with it.She took the drink back through the window and I Was pulled forward to wait for the rest of my food.When the food came out, they brought the tea.again, I tasted the tea and again, it was not sweet. I just don't understand if I said the tea was not sweet the first time why noone tasted the tea to check it. Instead I was given the same non sweet tea. On top of that I finally open my bag to give my son some fries and I only have half a container of fries for a larger fry I mean what was the point in getting a large if I was only given a small. And not on this occasion.But the last couple mornings I have come Through the drive through to get a large ice Carmel. Coffee, that is also not sweet in the second time that this happened. I notified them and told them that my coffee was not sweet the last time and I would like it to be sweet this time and still again. The coffee was not sweet. It's always made wrong. I had to send it back through the window to have it remade. And then on top of that, it's still not sweet. I just don't understand what's going on or why it's so hard to get something sweet at this store At this point I feel like i've wasted my time and money all week coming here.

Don't know who decided to have every car in the dive thru pull into spotts but they weren't thinking. I wait will over 10 minutes for my meal! Had 5 different orders come to my car not one of them were mine. Those kids had no idea what they were doing. And after waiting all that time. Ended up with cold half cooked fries and no ketchup and sandwhich was wrong! I was late getting work do didnt have time to have them fix it. Whatever Manger was on duty should demoted or fired. Well never go here again.
Typical..........hit or miss here if your food is right. It's more of a game to come here. American fortune cookie...correct food means good day...wrong food= go home and enjoy what was someone elses.?

It's McDonald's what can you say? The staff are great. Love you can get the kids into the Playland and order food from the table. Would recommend grabbing a table number from the kiosk.

We ordered take out, they completely messed up our entire order. We called in and they 'took down my coworkers name" who went to pick up the order and said they would give us a credit. When he went back to order again the same week they said they didnt recognize his name. BAD BUSINESS!!
