It's McDonald's.. Can't say much more than that.. Half the time, the order is wrong, and the other half it's cold or stake. Classic McDonald's.Updated 04/18/2024I don't know why keep trying to order food here and hoping it'd be right, or good.. They clearly DO NOT know how to throw a burger on a bun and wrap it.. My order is ALWAYS wrong

Drive thru was moving decently fast the steak was burnt and rather dry the biscuit was stale and falling apart hash brown was over cooked and looked like it was sitting around for a few hours before I ordered it

Young lady served my person to some other drive thru customer and then got rude to me regarding the situation. Her co-worker was as rude, so I asked to talk to the manager. She apologized only for giving the food to the wrong person not for the rude employees. The customer service at this Mc Donald’s needs training. They seem to forget the customer is the reason they have a job and a paycheck. I will never go back.

Very frustrating experience. I ordered on the mobile app because I like cheeseburgers with only ketchup. I know, picky. But that's me and that's okay. I order mobile to try to make it more convenient than the specifics through the speaker.Twice through the drive through my order came fully topped. So I went inside to try to make sure I could get my correct order and stop wasting food, too.The manager looked at me but didn't say a word. The worker that helped get me a finally plain burger didn't even offer a passing sorry. I wasn't insulting or rude, I simply expressed that twice my order was wrong and that I just wanted my food. The burger I was finally served was miraculously burnt and cold. How frustrating and disappointing. Won't be back to this location.

We go here for the play place. But we were told the last couple visits the heat was broke in there and it’s always freezing in there. We ended up having to leave once because it was so cold.

McDonald's still doesn't know what no salt on the patty means. I always order through the app, and I always click on no salt on my hamburger, and for some reason, the employees always give me a sandwich with no onions instead of no salt on the patty! Why is this so hard? And why can't they wipe the French fry scoop or use a different scoop for orders of fries with no salt? I would like to continue eating at McDonald's, but ever since my liver transplant, I have to watch how much salt intake I'm getting. If the McDonald's employees aren't trained properly to handle such simple requests, then I just take my business elsewhere.

Bad experience, even by McDonalds stanards. Stop somewhere else. Lowlights are:--No ice. Asked front employee for ice for cup, she acknowledged me and then kept packing orders. Got to drink warm pop.--Burger was dried out and basically had no Big Mac sauce on it. Bun was burnt.--Restraunt booths are dilapidated.

I rarely eat at McDonald's but I do occasionally use their drive through to get just a coke or a coffee and they are consistently good. McDonald's built its business on consistency. I notice that there is just so much plastic packaging involved. I think it was better for the environment when most of these items were made of paper, rather than plastic.

Wow. That was difficult. Ordered through the drive through. No ranch, ice cream machine broken. Asked for “lots of ketchup” since they didn’t have ranch for the nuggets. Had to repeat our order several times to get it right. Went to pay at the first window as instructed… no one there. Waited, cars in line behind us. Drove to the second window. They were annoyed cause we were supposed to pay at the first window. Got our food, missing a large order of French fries from order. Had to explain it to the employee three times- she still didn’t believe us. She looked at the receipt, said ok, and came back with a small fry. We explained it to her again, and she came back with what was clearly the small fry dumped into a large fry container.We gave up, and left.Open the bag. 2 ketchups for the two orders of nuggets that we asked for “lots of ketchup.”Won’t be stopping there again. We had to put more effort into it than was worth it.
