This location always has been convenient and service was fine until recently I found nasty hairs inside burger and fries twice. Sent complaint letters to McDonald twice and someone from corporate actually sent me an email apologizing but never received email or call from the manager or owner of the location for explanation. Be extra careful when you take a bite.

Are they open, or not? Me, at 11:30pm, considering going to McD's. I usually go to the one on Tusc. in Massillon. I check Google Maps and it says they're closed. OK, I check Google Maps for this location. It says open 24 hrs., confirmed by the business. I go to the app to order and it tells me they are closed. Um, what? The app directs me to the locaton on Tusc. which is now supposedly open. Seriously? I'm not driving all over town to try to find a location that's open. Get your "stuff" straight. Either fix your Google hours, or fix your app. Or both. In the meantime, I'm going to Taco Bell.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. The general manager named Tamela needs fired. She’s the rudest manager I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She made my 80 year old grandmother cry. All over old coffee. This woman should not work with the public. Her staff seemed fearful of her and the young girl kept apologising but Tamela was incessantly hostile.

Places an order using the app. On arrival we in put our table number and sat to wait on our food. Keep in mind we are the only customers in side the restaurant. After 15min I approached the counter inquiring about our food, the staff member had no idea what I was talking about. She acted as if we never placed an order. One tray was sitting with a single sandwich on it. After pointing it out she realizes this is our order and proceeded to get the rest of the order and hand me the tray with no apologies. We sat down to eat and quickly realized the food was cold with the exception of the nuggets. I returned to to the counter to find the manager playing on his phone. Once I got the attention of one of the staff member, I informed her the sandwich was cold and need to be replaced. She took the sandwich and ordered the replacement. Once again no apology, manager fails to even acknowledge the problem. He was still consumed by what ever he had going on with his phone. A different staff member hands me. The replacement sandwich without saying a word. Once again no one attempts to apologize for the poor customer service. Overall a very disappointing experience. Employees should not have there mobile devices out in front of customers. Especially the manager. The attached image says it all. How about we put the phone down and cleanup your dinning room and train your staff.

I'm not a big fan of McDonald's. But that is where my granddaughter wants to go. It's important for me to spend time with her in a place she likes. I enjoy the food more with her sitting next to me ❤️

This McDonald's is always hit or miss but mostly miss. I ordered large fries and as you can see they completely screwed me by not filling the container. I paid for large fries but got a medium, essentially. Also, someone I know told me about how while they were very busy this McDonald's didn't get his order right in the drive through (inside dining was closed) and when he asked for them to make it right they told him he has to start over in the drive through even though it was backed up around the building due to a local event.

Usually when I go here the drive-thru is very fast and giving us the usual McDonald’s quality of food, but recently they have been reducing the quality which has been leaving me hungry and wanting more food.

Untch's For Lunches

This McDonald’s is going downhill. They always forget something. Today it was my dipping sauces and there was no lettuce except for a few shreds on my mcchicken and literally no onions on my McDoubles. The sandwiches were haphazardly put together, basically falling apart as I unwrapped the packages. Quality is just not there anymore, this location needs to step it up.
