Ordered for pick up online thought it would save some time on waiting, got there and saw a kid with open sores on his hands and arms handling money and then without washing his hands or using and gloves started making pizzas, after telling us it would only take FIVE MORE MINUTES on our pizza, a manager started being really rude to some costumers at the front counter, saying she wasn’t informed of a specific pizza deal and slammed the phone on the counter in front of the customer. We then waited 20 more minutes until a delivery man walked in and actually helped us and was nice. We got home opened the pizza and the sauce cup was already opened.

This was my first time coming here. I ordered my pizza and wings on the phone with no problems at all. The order was ready in the time that I was told. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back to this Papa Johns again.

We got a coupon for a free pizza and decided to get some wings as well. When the pizza got here, in a surprisingly faster time than usual, the driver was handing me the food and wings and I noticed the wings were buffalo not garlic parm like we ordered. I pointed it out, the driver looked at the bill and saw it was supposed to be garlic parm and immediately apologized and offered us the wings still and that he'd be right back with the wings. 15 minutes later he was back with the correct wings and extra sauce. I know they haven't been perfect up there for a while. But, this felt like a step in the right direction. I only wish I had cash to add more to his tip! Thank you, papa John's management and driver. A+

Terrible!!!! Stay away from this location, Massillon! Add an hour to whatever time they tell you. Even then they screw up your order. Three separate times we have showed up to pick up an order only to be told another 20-40 min. One time we had to go back 3 times because they kept saying another 20-30 min for our order. Manager could have cared less, simply said we are busy. Sorry we are all done. Their corporate office needs to take the franchise away from the owners!
