1st of all i was drawn to the $9.99 Lg 3 topping pizza, then I called to place an order... 5 minutes later I get an answer! why are the employees of the STORE not answering the phone!! I asked about the size of their wings (small or large) and the lady said "i'm not sure I'm in the call center". they have no idea what they are selling, nor the quality of food they are putting out. I do not want to talk to a "representative" of pizza hut I want to get an order placed through an employee that is ACTUALLY making my food. sorry but pizza oven does that and provides the service I need. NEVER ordering again..

everyone's comments are kinda biased. for what it's worth I eat here everyday by delivery and haven't ever had an issue. does it take a while sometimes yeah..but you gotta think. visually. do you see ALOT of staff on floor. not particularly. do you see alot of drivers. no. it's the same 2 or 3 maybe. whom i assume are busy doing their job. driving. ..in the winter. so I'd say.im fairly pleased with it.

This was the WORST pizza delivery I have ever had. I called them after waiting for more than an HOUR. When it finally got here for my grandsons birthday. My entire order was cold! I wouldn't refer anyone to order there.
