Stopped by on my way through the areayesterday morning shortly after opening. It took a minute to be greeted as it appeared a few associates were busy on their cell phones. Now it is 2023 and that is how we communicate but I find it rude if employees or even customers are using cell phones when they should be taking or giving their order to speed the flow up. It seems to only be at this Massillon Marketplace location that I have the worst experience.
Some of the sweetest people working there. Made us smile and feel special even though they have so many customers. Highly recommend.

They're always very friendly and the drive thru is pretty fast. I've been inside a couple of times and it was slower and felt a little off. Maybe since it seems must of their business is drive thru, they focus on that? However, while waiting inside I've had fun conversations with them so not a bad experience... Just different. My husband tells me this is the best one for frappuccinos because they always put the caramel crunchies in the bottom, too. ?
