There are a handful of these drive ins and trust me you will never be disappointed. Lightning fast car side service and the best burgers and fries around. Not sure if it's the sweet meat or homemade buns but there is nothing like it. If your in the mood for a milkshake try the banana strawberry it's my favorite.

First off, I love Swenson's and have frequented their brand for years. I've also been to this location in the past, multiple times... but it's been a while. This was hands down WORST service I've ever rec'd at any Swenson's Drive-In. Strange thing is, it didn't appear to be the staff waiting on customers, which can only lead me to believe there was an issue inside, perhaps with the grill staff/ cooks, etc... My entire reason for stopping there was my son & I were in a slight hurry. I thought let's pop in here, we'll be in and out. Well, we were there for an hour, I'm not exaggerating, an hour, waiting for two burgers and some tots. My son (21) swore me not to say anything...I just wanted a reason, as to this extended wait. I honored my son's wishes. So, I'm not sure what the issue was, but I won't go back any time soon.

Always a solid consistent choice with great service! My personal favorite is the hamburger and adding cajun seasoning and bacon and pickles. However, you also can never go wrong with the galley boy either! The sauce is great on it! You can also add the cajun seasoning to the burger on that, to give it a little edge if you like. For sides we recommend the potato teezers and fried mushrooms, which are always a great choice! Service is always top notch here. You barely pull into your parking spot and they are greeting you at your window to see if you need a menu or are ready to place your order. Their personalities are always so outgoing and accommodating as well. We've never had a bad experience here and we appreciate the extra steps all the staff take during ANY weather! Food rarely takes long, and more recently, when they "car hop" and they bring your food, you get to use the tray inside your vehicle, instead of attaching it to your window. Not sure if that is a winter thing, but it seems more practical as we're dining in our cars, so thank you for that. And finally, they will bring your dog a pup cup too!!

Love this place! The manager Benny is Great! Servers Charlie, Ethan, and Jayden are amazing and speedy in their work! They have great personality’s and definitely earn what they make! Shakes are the best out of any place! Definitely coming back to the Swensons In Jackson!
