When I eat "fast food" I choose Taco Bell 4 out of 5 times. My favorite one is on Wales Road, just south of Fulton. Food is always the freshest. The staff is top notch, ALWAYS!

The time between ordering my food at the drive-thru, to getting the food in my hand at the window, is about 120 seconds at MOST (and yes, I actually timed them numerous times). How is that even possible? And how many times have they screwed up my order? NONE. I'm just in shock. I usually only review places when I'm leaving a negative review, but these guys are just too impressive not to give credit to. Best Taco Bell I've ever been to, and fastest restaurant I've ever been to, period.

We love this location. Very clean, friendly staff, rarely get anything incorrect with orders, and they're so quick! We come here pretty regularly even if it's just for a drink. We greatly appreciate speed, accuracy, good customer service and cleanliness ESPECIALLY for fast food!! This staff should all receive raises. You can hear them encouraging each other in the back all the time and complementing each other.

honestly this is the worst and most expensive Taco Bell you can go too in canton. The food is always wrong, and makes you feel horrible. Not to mention they are not welcoming and have a attitude when you ask for something or explain something is wrong with your order. Me and my boyfriend got 2 boxes today and ended up getting sick and having a stomach bug. Food is horrible and made of mystery meat. The employees are every rude. Exspecially the red head older lady and the brown haired kid who has a attitude. Don’t waste ur money here.

Is it too much to ask that your employees learn to read? My entire order specified “no beef” on all items and guess what they all had. Not to mention this is far from the first time it’s happened.

Don’t bother. The management seriously needs to be gone over and scrutiny by corporate is obviously lacking. Got hired on couldn’t have one day with out an issue or a comment as I came through the front door.“ Brandon and Naomi or whatever seemed ok ?

Jackson township store is nice and clean. To bad the other stores in Canton area don't take pride in appearance.Wheelchair accessibility: Lot of room 4 handicap people 2 access the restaurant with no problems.

A woman by the name of Amy argued with me about an order I wanted to place and said that they don't serve the 5$ cravings box,long conversation that had got me very agitated when all I went there to do was order and go home to me and my wife.....I've ordered this box here at this same location not even a month ago.

The supposed “manager” Nate was incredibly rude. I called them because my order was wrong that I placed on the app (which this particular store can never get it right even though it’s printed on the screen in front of their face). He hung up on me twice and essentially told me he’s too busy to talk to me and fix the problem and claimed it was me with the attitude problem. I will not go back to this store again. They are slow, rude, and the food is NEVER right. Poor excuse for customer service.
