Did the curbside pickup at the Perrysburg location on Saturday. My daughter was visiting me and she had never had it before. I frequently get the Budda Bowl at the Maumee location and am overall very happy with my portion and ingredients. The bowls we got on Saturday were paltry, no greens (ordered no starch) you had to move the onions out of the way to find the meat. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THESE PLACES TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS WHO CAN'T SEE WHAT THEY ARE GETTING DUE TO COVID. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION! CHIPOTLE IS THE SAME DEAL...PALTRY AND PITIFUL!

Wish they had this in NYC. First off whoever designed the parking lot was clearly on hallucinogenics. But most importantly the different bowls we got were fresh and delicious.

Everything was really fresh, great prices, great people on staff. Shoutout to Marquis(no “E”) lol, Mikayla, and Brook. They were very nice informative and had good customer service. Only thing I wish I did get was more sauce it wasn’t enough for my bowl. But I didn’t check my bowl before I left.

The bubble tea is a little disappointing though I continue to get it because it’s one of the only places in the area that you can. The food is very fresh, it just is also fairly simple. All of the sauces are on the side so you have to mix your own in. It’s kind of like chipotle but with Asian themed dishes

There isn't much seating room in this location, but the staff was super kind and friendly, and the food was prepared quickly. Despite being swamped with their 10th anniversary BOGO event they were all kind and courteous to our family, I just wish we'd been able to sit at a table instead of the bar!

i’ve kinda made a habit after everytime i leave my OB appointments i come here, my last pregnancy and now this current one. well ive tried ordering multiple times on the app, which by the way the app is terrible. it’s really hard to take my toddler son anywhere inside so i kinda dread ordering, id rather run in and grab it. well each time i’m hit with “we didn’t get the order” or “it’s not ready yet” which is fine, but i ordered almost 45 minutes ago. there always rude, forget something. the one time i said “i’m sorry but i think you forgot my bubbles tea” they told me “well she’s in the bathroom so you have to wait” okay that’s fine, but around 10 minutes pass i have a angry toddler who’s bored and she just says “fine i guess i’ll do it” then gives me the wrong tea. either way, i’m probably just gonna go to corelife the rest of this pregnancy. their food is much fresher and tastes better. i’m really disappointed in the decline of this place.

We just left Balance we came in to help celebrate your Stores anniversary. We ordered 2 bowls and an order of wonton and a fruit soda. I got the 4 Star with no broccoli add kimchi pickles. Brown rice and chicken and my friend got a sweet and sour bowl. It was enjoyable mostly. The Buy 1 get 1 bowl free, was awesome. We bought another 2 bowls to serve as our dinner Sunday night. Same bowl that is special to me but this time I added tofu since the chicken is never edible. I don't understand why every time we come here, the chicken is burnt on one end, so hard, tough and stringy that I end up pulling every piece out so that I can throw it away. Is it listed somewhere in your restaurant that "ALL COOK'S MUST BURN CHICKEN TILL IT'S IN-EDIBLE. " WHEN I Leave my review later on Yelp and Google with the photos, I won't be giving you guys 5 stars. It saddens me. And should upset you guys but it appears that it doesn't bother you guys. Because I complain about this issue every time.
This was my second time ever going to balance and I was very impressed with the staff! I didnt know much about bubble tea and they helped explain the drinks in great detail! I ordered the neon lights with extra bubbles and asked for some to be placed on the top and the bottom and they were more than happy to do so!

I love this place and go almost weekly because it's so fresh and affordable!!! My kids like it too. I love the app for ordering...easy peasy, always ready! I also like that they added custom bowls now. If you haven't been, the yum yum, budda (spicy) and thai guy are my favorites. The bubble teas are awesome too.
