No excuses can be made for the lackluster performance of the staff. Even after getting a brand new store, they can't manage to get one single order completed and out the window without pulling you forward and making you wait 5 minutes. It has nothing to do with being short-staffed in the morning. There's been times where there were no customers in line and I pulled in and waited.

They Always forget atleast one item I ordered, everytime. No one in line, maybe one person in the lobby. Still couldn't get every item from the grill list into the bag.Missing an item that costs $3 to $5 adds up. At this point they're just stealing my money

Ordered a Texas whopper meal, they gave me a plain whopper, took it back, and all they added was bacon, had to try a 3rd time. Horrible experience when they don't know how to do their job.
Friendly staff and good environment to dine with your little ones i visit often. Food is always hot and we receive our order in decent amount of time. Have had to wait a few time but staff always have let me know of any wait time for certain foods if thier short staffVegetarian options: Don't have to many option but thier is the impossible whopper which is plant based and the veggie whopperKid-friendliness: Offered crowns to my kids they loved it
