I received my cookie cake the same day I ordered it which was great. I just brought it home and looked at it and it looks like a child decorated it. I expected better for $61.

Food: these cookies taste wonderful. I get that is a subjective statement, but it's my review ;). Service: the lady that helped me was great. She let me know about a special on cookies that I was unaware of and wasn't pushy about it. Well done ma'am! Atmosphere: it's a cookie shop. Cozy, wonderful free smells. The only thing I noticed was that the pretzel stand was nearly out of product and I thought that was odd. Otherwise, I keep coming back!

This location is the best location. There are some outstanding employees. I described one below but there is also a longer haired gentleman that is always very kind. Great work and thank you to the ones that treat us great everytime ❤️❤️❤️Kid-friendliness: Her name escapes me at the moment but she is the matured, gray haired lady that works mornings... she is amazingly kind to both of my grandchildren. She brings their cookie "vision wishes" to life! She is truly wonderful.

Online it said store was open, I got there at 4 and heard a women scream “WE’RE CLOSED”. Not good customer service, especially from the older ladies. Pretzels and cookies taste good, but don’t always look the best
They are always beyond friendly and helpful in there. The cakes are amazing and the doozies are phenomenal!! The manager there is super sweet and always has recommendations. The staff does a really great job!

We went into the store to get 3 cookies for my kids, as we were checking out we asked for a small box to put the cookies in because we did not want them to be ruined or smashed. The cashier told us no, mind you the cookies were on a paper tray slide into a paper bag? We have been to multiple of these stores and have always gotten a box. We even offered to pay for one and because we had little kids with us was more convenient. After asking twice, the cashier proceeds to say "You must not know how America works now"??? What did that even mean or be directed towards. You mean AMERICAN cookie being cheap and not providing a box for 3 large cookies. Never going back here. Second time it has been terrible service.
