I clearly made my order for three piece combo and I had a coupon for $5.99. The drive-thru attendant wanted to charge me $9 for three piece regular chicken. After I corrected her politely my order end up being the combo. Food.. 15 fries.. no sauce no napkin no receipt and she handed it to me like she had an attitude.

This KFC is horrible, I got cold fries, talked to mgr about it and dude said he can replace w different side but I didn't want a different side, I wanted fries, he said he couldn't do it?? Wth?? I got my money back and after he said a few choice words under his breath I left very disappointed, DONT GO HERE THE MGR IS VERY RUDE and employees aren't much friendlier

Review after 2023 remodel: Decided to dine in to help toddler with his meal. They don't have any seating inside besides stools at a counter, facing into the afternoon sun. Decent service but after dining in and asking for drink refills for the road we were told they aren't allowed to do that but they refilled them for us this time. They locked the door before we left because they were so short staffed they didn't want anyone else to come inside the building.Kid-friendliness: Most kids can find something to eat here. Only seating options are a handicap place with one low stool and one high chair.

At first, when KFC reopened everything was on point fresh chicken, your order was complete no problems. But in the last two months, every time I visit KFC in Maumee, Ohio, my order is never correct. This is my Standard order extra crispy all white. By the time I get home and look at my box I have original recipe dark meat not once not twice but now about five times. I live quite a distance from KFC so I can’t always turn around and go back I called the manager tonight and she said she would exchange it. Excuse me what’s the point of exchanging it I can throw it out just like she can’t. Anyway, my question to her was does your staff know the difference between extra crispy and original recipe white meat or dark meat. The manager said yes they do. Then I said, then there’s a problem and someone needs to be talked to. I will not be going back to KFC. Not only was it the wrong order But the chicken have been sitting for a while, and it was old. I wish I had taken pictures of it but I didn’t think about that at the time. Shaking my head it’s a sad situation that five out of four visits the order has always been wrong. This was the last time for me. Thank you.

I went to kfc around 2:30Saturday. The original chicken was dried out.I should have checked it. Very disappointed. Never again will I buy anything there ?the new rest. In maumee ohio

Never, ever, go there after 7pm. They close at 10pm and must quit cooking a few hours early. Twice now I have been served dried out chicken that must have been held for hours in a warmer. Once they were out of biscuits another time they were not even warm. The woman who works the window in the evening says she is the manager and has zero customer service skills. This location could definitely benefit from new management and possibly an entire staff change.
