We go for the burgers and salads!! Amazing! One of our favorite parts about Max’s, is there ToGo. A lot of bad luck with other restaurants, especially during covid. Max’s food was always good and fresh! It has been our go to because you know your going to get quality.

Helpful, friendly weight staff BUT the food was meh. I ordered a southwest chicken salad (fried chicken, not baked), and it was flavorless. So disappointed. The crispy taco chips we’re missing too. It didn’t even taste like a taco salad — I’d give it a complete zero. My brother ordered the Cajun chicken Alfredo and it was more Cajun than Alfredo. Not sure they used Parmesan cheese at all. Landed flat. Must be the cook. Skip this place.

One suggestion we would have is to clean up the landscaping. You couldn't tell the flowers from the weeds at the entrance. Wood make a big difference.

Our waitress Pam was great. Food was slow, and very low on staff. Last lunch crowd, closing for lunch. Flower beds needed a lot of attention and the ladies bathroom was smelly and dirty.

They're trying so hard to stay open! Staff is clearly overwhelmed but they're still trying their best, and they're so kind. Food is still great as usual! As far as I know this one is the last location still open near us. We've got to save it.
Had a long wait to get in. Service was slow due to a low staff. Dinner was tasty but mashed potatoes were ice cold. Didn't complain because of they were super busy and like I said low staffing due to Covid. Its hard to get people who wanted to work. Waitress very pleasant even being with the overload. Over all, we had a nice family time together there on Mother's Day.

Have never been to a restaurant before that seemed so eager to get me out. From the time my friend and I were seated, our waitress did everything she could to rush us. First she hurried us to place an order. Our "starter salads" weren't on the table more than 5 minutes when our entrees arrived. Then we ordered some of their fresh baked cookies for dessert and they were brought out in a to-go box. Talk about not feeling welcome! My friend and I hadn't seen each other in two years. I'm sorry we chose this place to spend our time and money in. Maybe if it was late at night or the place was packed, I'd understand. But we were there mid-afternoon and there was hardly anyone there. Really an unpleasant service experience.
