I work nearby, for the last year I stop by for lunch randomly, roughly 30 visits in the past year. Not once has my order been 100% correct. Always something wrong, wrong drink, wrong burger, pay for large and get mediums.. something wrong every time. Rarely is the food warmer than the air.. fries are usually cold and stale… and if you ask for the food to be corrected, the racist managers say nasty things and ask you to never come back instead of just fixing their mistake…. Don’t waste your time here, I’m pretty sure they spit in the food too… they’re very rude and racist. If you’re white, expect your food to be made wrong and cold.

Drive thru very slow, no one was in line, I was the only person there. Took 5 mins for her to come on and take my order and in the middle of the order she says hold on and starts talking to the other associate there about cleaning and sweeping. This went on for about 4 mins, so i just left. I was on my way at to work and seen no wait in line so figured it would be fast but nope. Almost 10 mins sitting at the menu ??

Went through the drive thru tonight, they took my order then left me sat waiting to pay for over ten minutes. Noone was at the window. Car ahead was waiting for food same amount of time. A woman eventually appeared but clearly not to serve me, made eye contact and walked off. Ended up driving off. Nice renovation let down by poor service. Well, no service!

Went through the drive thru around 930ish and right off the bat the cashier was rude to me.She kept rushing me through my order....I also asked for 2 double cheese burgers and recieved plain cheese burgers.When I checked the order and asked to have it fixed she rolled her eyes at me and the order was still wrong....Why I went back two days later for coffee...I don't know why!Two girls at the window were laughing that I ordered an espresso drink and they didn't have it ....just by the reviews I can tell this location is lazy and is losing business!I wont be returning to this location ever agian.The employees are rude and could care less about their job or customer service!
