We had lunch at Outback Steakhouse in Maumee on April 17th and the whole experience was amazing. I got the Lobster tail and steak combo and it was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! Our waiter John R was phenomenal from start to finish. He answered all our questions (we had quite a few) and explained everything to us with patience and humor. He went above and beyond checking on us and making sure we had everything we wanted. A gentleman from the kitchen even checked on our table several times and was also helpful. I got a chance to speak with the owner and enjoyed our conversation. Even though he was busy, he took the time to fill me in on some useful information about app and the restaurant. My friends and I will definitely be adding the Maumee location to our monthly girls lunch restaurant rotation. Great job to the owner and crew for such an excellent “girls lunch”!

The food was not good especially for over 20 bucks a plate. They sat us next to loud kids. And the waiter kept forgetting stuff then stood there as i collected money which was seen as pressuring for a tip

The place was so busy that we almost left, the hostess informed us it could be as long as 45 minutes but could be much quicker depending on what tables left next. It wasn't even 10 minutes and we were seated, the server came over almost immediately and apologized for making us wait. Our order was taken very quickly and the food came out much faster than expected. Everything was fantastic, it was a nice experience. It did seem like some of the larger parties at nearby tables weren't seeing the speed we were, but that is very common when dining in large groups and should be expected. Again, for as busy as they were they really impressed us! We will definitely return next time we're nearby.
Went there for lunch and had some great food and service. Monica, the waitress for my table, was very polite, fast, and professional, and helped make the experience overall more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend going there if you have the time and the stomach for some good food.
My prime rib was tough, coarse and fatty. This is the 1st time I 've ever gotten a piece of meat that I couldn't eat from Outback.
