Had a lousy burnt thin crust pizza $14.99. I had an overpriced salad with about an ounce of lettuce and two cherry tomatoes $6.00. Ate two pieces because I was hungry but could not eat anymore. They offered me a dessert as we were leaving , I said no but did not offer anything off the burnt pizza. Will not return

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express to view the solar eclipse. We came down for a few drinks both of the nights we stayed. We got a chance to chat with the owner of this establishment and he was so cool and down to earth. We chatted about what we planned to do while in the city and he gave suggestions on different places to visit. They ended up doing a breakfast buffet since the hotel was booked up and it was very good. Service was great (thanks Linda!) I also highly recommend the bread pudding! Fantastic!

2nd Easter Buffet at Saba's. Our party of 6 was seated promptly, we were greeted right away and she took drink orders. The food was Outstanding! Prime rib was perfectly prepared, beef burgundy was tender, fish, chicken, vegetables, salads, and dessert were all delicious! Thank you Saba's!

Thank God I looked at the reviews otherwise I would have never known that this restaurant was in the hotel. While waiting for the rest of our party which was a little time The staff never really stopped to see if we wanted an appetizer or anything so we had to flag them down for that. The spinach and artichoke dip was really good after we sent it back to get heated up. The entrees were really good the steak was cooked great the chicken was crispy but moist on the inside and the sauce with the chicken was great overall the food was a positive experience. My main complaints were the wait times we had to wait a long time for our food we had to wait a long time to get our bill cashed out we had the wait for refills on their drinks.

Thank you so much for the best customer service. The food was amazing. I could not ask for better waitresses Linda and Lindsey was the best they went above and beyond and helped with directions. This is the perfect little spot especially when you’re out of state and you just don’t want to travel and search for places to dine in or takeout. I was completely amazed by the prices and the portions of the food was the great you definitely get your moneys worth you can dine in or take out very convenient at the hotel. It’s nice to have We can wake up and go get a nice decent breakfast, lunch and dinner thank you Sabas Bistro

I had a great experience at Saba’s Bistro this past weekend. But for those that do not know, it is a little bit hidden. It’s tucked away in the Holiday Inn off of Reynold’s Road in Maumee, near the turnpike access. My friend and I arrived a little early, before they had opened. But they still invited us in and let us sit at the bar as they finished their preparations. Because of its location, I suspected they were not going to be many guests, but I was wrong. By the time we left at about 6 PM on a Saturday night, Saba’s was getting packed. People were showing up with reservations. The food was very good. My friend digged it the most. He likes fresh fish, and they have a great selection. The décor was very hip, not what I would have ever suspected in a Holiday Inn collocated restaurant. Our server, the bartender, was attentive, even though she was swamped with work. The owner even came to ask us how we were doing and if there was anything she could do better. Answer: no – everything was top notch. I recommend you check it out. Show up at 5 PM sharp to avoid the rush.Since it is at a hotel, plenty of free parking and easy accessibility.

This is such a nice quiet place. Staff is very nice and makes you feel welcome. The waitresses are 5 stars. I recommend the Bavarian pretzels as an appetizer. The bourbon street chicken is delicious. I didn't care for the Cole slaw. The French fries were good, my fish sandwich so so.

This was our first visit here. My husband andcI are visiting from Bluffton, SC. We live very close to Hilton Head Island. We found Saba's to be a solid 5 star restaurant. He service, food and atmosphere are all deserving of 5 stars. This place is one of Toledo/ Maumee areas best kept secrets. We current live in a resort area in SC and I wish we had a Saba's Bistro. If you haven't tried it, I strongly suggest that you do, as you will not be disappointed.

We selected Saba's Bistro because it was close to the hotel where we were staying and it had decent reviews. We were surprised to learn Saba's was located inside the Holiday Inn. The surprises did not end there. The service was friendly and attentive. From the before dinner cocktails, through french onion soup and lobster bisque, to reuben sandwich with sweet potato fries and ceasar salad with sautéed shrimp, the food was delicious, well prepared with excellent attention to detail. Highly recommended. I would definitely visit again.
