To any genuinely interested party.Regarding a disastrous visit to your 914 Conant St, Maumee, OH store.This store has recently been rebuilt, so one would think, given the rebuild time, the staff would have had plenty of time to be trained and upon opening be a well-oiled machine. It appears corporate dropped the ball. Our order, our service, our food, all a disgrace. First, after placing our order at the drive-thru, we find the order deliveries are backed up a minimum of five deep in a space only planned for two, apparently another failure on corporate’s part. The casher insisted we pull ahead to clear the window when any casual observer could see there was no place to go, the line and lot being locked up due to their incompetence. That not being enough, once our order finally arrived, the attendant handed it off as if it were a baton, with no explanation, apology, nor a reply when asked if it was the right order. Verifying the order is a question-and-answer session common in the restaurant used to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction, failures on both parts. Then we get home to fine the orders inaccuracy. Ordered; Classic Chicken Combo and Spicy Chicken Combo, received a plain, undress, nothing on it spicey chicken combo with a sweeten iced tea – an option of sweeten or unsweetened never given, and an unordered undressed cheeseburger combo. The final insult, if you will, was the overcharge and lack of a receipt to provide proof. It is a sad, sad day when a Wendy’s who use to pride themselves on quality on all fronts, has taken a deep dive into the abyss of dis-concern. That said, in case it is not obvious, we will not be bolstering their profits indefinitely.

Every time you go through the drive thru, they make you wait at the speaker for 10 minutes, then when you get to the window, they make you pull over so they can bring it out to you. Expect a 20 min wait time. They do this to make their poor service look better. On top of that, they are going to get it wrong. I'm done going to this location.

This is BY FAR, THE WORST Wendy's we have ever went to. Last week we went, waited 25 minutes for them to take my order and they kept saying "hold on", so we just left. Figured we would try it again today, bad idea. The wait wasn't bad, but we were shorted, 1 large fry and a cheese sauce. No straws were given, but don't worry, we were given 3 spoons for our 1 Frosty! We will definitely be going out of our way from now on to go to a Wendy's further away from our house.

Worst Wendy's ever!!!! After placing my order and paying waited 20 mins before food was brought to my car. Not only did I get the wrong order one or two times but three before I was asked what my order was then after telling them I was told they were out of bacon mind you everything I ordered had bacon. So after waiting 45 mins watching everyone go by I go to the window to see what is going on because this whole time I have a crying 5 year old crying about her food. Well finally got half of my food I order and just got out of there. And will never go back !!

The clock switched to 1031 while I was placing my order and the menu was still on breakfast I do understand policies and procedures but when it comes to good customer service that should have definitely landed in my favor. Thank God Wendy's makes enough money that losing a customer here and there doesn't affect
