Watch your debit card. I was charged twice on tip. Taking two weeks to return money to my account that was taken out twice! Basically stole my money. Last two times there toilets weren't flushing on first flush. Nasty. Waitress was good.

We waited for an hour for our food. Once people got their tables, they got their food immediately (some of the people were getting the same exact things as us). Our table wasn’t checked once. When we got our drinks, some of them didn’t have ice. The silverwares and our cups were dirty.

Been going to the Medina location for a number of years ~ service always good until covid ~ since then service has gone down hill. Decided to go for lunch today ~ after finally getting our food, the server never returned to check quality or offer anything else. Had to wait forever to get the bill. Not certain who to blame ~ management or workers, because no one wants to work or take pride in what they are doing. It will be a while before we return ~ just too many bad experiences!

This is the second time I have ordered take out from the Medina OH location and the second time they have not filled my order correctly. I am not understanding why it us so difficult to read the order items and put them in the bag. I would not recommend this location.

The food was pretty good, but the Cole slaw was odd. Enjoyed the burger and onion rings though. The old fashioned was a bit sweet.
Food is okay, nothing special. The service and atmosphere is absolutely terrible. The place is not even packed, and yet I had to wait an hour+ and by thr time i got my food, it wasn't even what I ordered. Terrible cooks and whoever manages the place.

The food ok but the service was terrible. We went when there was only a couple of people there ended up want 45 minutes on food. The waiter barely came back to check on us. Then the waiters keep going out the door and it keep us cold when we were sitting there.

We just left the restaurant tonight a little after 7. The food was good as always. Just what we were expecting. I just want to give a shout out to Madison L. She is the best server we've had there in a really long time. She was right on top of everything; getting our drink orders right away, refills, extra napkins, etc. She had a very sweet personality and did everything with a smile. We watched her multi-task several times between her tables, and never forgot a single thing anyone asked for. We were just really impressed and hope to keep seeing her there.
