Me and my husband had ordered the same salads but they were two completely different ones, not only were they different but were wet and soggy lettuce and nothing came on it besides tomatoes when all they said they were out of was cucumbers. When I called to address it they told me that the only thing I could do was go back up right then I live 25 minutes away and it was 7:20 when I got home, it wasn't an option for me so I told them that and the girl said oh well there's nothing else she could do. I said blank it and threw away the salads and hopped out subs were at least good, well hahahaha jokes on us those were also not good for $30 I would prefer to have good that is at least decent and not have to go and eat ramen noodles instead. Also the floor, tables, and under the pop machine was so dirty we almost walked out but we were starving so we decided we would give it a shot. We won't be back and to anyone else wondering if they should get it don't waste the money

They had to substitute my order which would have been ok but we ordered 1 sandwich with cheese and 1 with extra cheese didnt get any cheese but was charged for it. 1 sandwich had great bun, 1 bun so old and dry it crumbled when bit into and very little meat, lots of dressing and lettuce on both. Didnt get extra meat we were charged for on our 3rd sandwich.Just a bad order overall.

Frozen lettuce put on both sandwiches. One had extra lettuce and now its extra soggy and gross. What a waster of $15. Never again You know your lettuce is frozen and you put it in the sandwich anyway? Unacceptable. You are next to Aldi, go buy something nit frozen.

i came into the shop and placed my order. Paid and drove home (2 blocks away). I ordered a HEATED roast beef sub. When I sat down to eat my meal ...... the roast beef was cold and I had to take all the meat out and rewarm up to get the meat warm. Upon placing the meat back into the bread there was only enough meat to be used for one 1/2 of the sub. Boy was I ever disappointed.... Cold meat n cheese and only a few slices of meat. I will not return to this location. $7.99 for something I just took 2 bites and then threw in the Garbage

Flew all the way from Peoria, Az for this original sandwich and delicious Blue Raspberry Soda. Yummy! Thank you Dave's for making our trip that much better!

Updated review: my mom tested positive for Ciguatera poisoning and was in the ER for 6 days….literally never breathing inside one of these restaurants again.Although mine and my bfs food tasted good , I just sent my mother to the ER with food poisoning. When we arrived to the restaurant they had just received their restock truck so most things were low ( my mom ordered a tuna melt which they then proceeded to say was the last of it ) we thought this was a good thing at the time… clearly not :/ - side note my mom eats extremely healthy and has a very strict diet this was her monthly cheat day so we’re 99% positive it was from the tuna .
Went to Dave's and order a large Italian Sausage ended up with a regular when I said is this right the young said you got what you order I just shook my head and left the bread was hard as a rock for the money I paid and what I received it was not worth it the the young male who took my order wasn't really listening to me no wonder my order was wrong I had to tell him three times I wanted a soda first time going there just bad all around will not go back

Very tasty sub sandwiches at an affordable price. Cosmic sauce is cosmic. I'm a spicy boi so I like the Crazy Dave. Garden burger is also very yummy. We've had a few minor order request slip ups here, but otherwise always very happy with the experience.

Friendliest staff ever, they have great personalities and are always pumping out orders. Always enjoy the classic Dave's sub (there's a reason it's number 1), honestly one of the best sub places in Medina. Tip as well: if you're in a rush get the Dave's original, it's probably the fastest sub they can make.

Hats off to Gwen at the Medina location!! My daughter and I went to Dave's Cosmic Subs and my daughter's sandwich was made incorrectly so I called and Gwen answered said she remembered my daughter then had another sandwich made then she delivered it?, herself!!! Omg!! Such great service!!!
