Been coming here for a while! Past few times there’s been a rude girl on register who will basically reprimand ME bc they are out of something i ordered online. I’ve never been rude in return nor have given any problems, but she is just nasty from the get go. I believe her name was Kaitlyn, also heard her being rude to other customers who were just trying to get food, some of which were children. Not okay.
Oh god the tension in the air could cut glass. The manager was being very rude to the employees but the employees very clearly did not want to be there. Unfortunately the customer service was less than ideal. :(

I've been to this Dunkin' a few times. The poor girl at the front counter is always up there by herself with no help. She is always polite and apologizes for the wait. This morning it sounded like there was a party going on in the back. There was loud laughing that could be heard through the store and the lobby had quite a few people in there waiting for their orders. It would nice if they could get some help up front and less partying in the back.
