I rated it 5 stars but would make it 4.8 if I could.The food was great. I had the smashburger with cheese and bacon (comes on ciabatta bun). My wife had the stuffed cabbage special, and my daughter had the chicken paprika. All the food was amazing. The stuffed cabbage was just like homemade and the mashed potatoes that came with it were probably the best I've ever tried. The paprikash was legit paprikash, not some half baked knock off. The smashburger was juicy and tasty.The place is full of live plants which I really enjoyed.The only complaints I have is that they only have sweet-n-low low calorie sweetener (the pink packet) which is ok in ice tea but awful in coffee. They need to have some splenda, I mean c'mon, it's 2024. Also, they don't have french fries.Prices were as follows:Smashburger: $12 (additional $2 for the bacon and $1 for cheese totalling $15)Chicken paprikash: $14Stuffed cabbage: $14All in all, a really nice experience. Well definitely go here again.

We went to Jane's for the first time a couple months ago and fell in love. The food was delicious, all our polish favorites! The restaurant is such a cozy place with overflowing plants all around. The employees and Jane herself are such a delight as well! We've been practically every other weekend since that first visit and don't plan on stopping anytime soon ?
Jane's Diner is an asset to our Square & Community. A very comfortable and pleasant place to enjoy a breakfast or luncheon. The food is delicious an theservice is wonderful.

This is a hidden gem on the square! My husband & I have been wanting to try it & finally went for lunch. He got the Latke sandwich (Rueben - however the bread is replaced with 2 potato pancakes) & I got the Hash brown w/eggs & potatoes Both dishes were amazing along with the service!
This was our first time visit and WE WILL be back. The food was what we expected, service was great, and the atmosphere was calm and friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: The street entry has 2 steps which would not accommodate a wheelchair. I will be asking about the possibility of a second entrance for a wheelchair, and handicapped customers.
What a cute little place with amazing food and service!! Chicken paprikash is some of that best I've ever had and the potato pancakes were slammin'!! Definitely be back to try corned beef hash and breakfast!

A very cute place to eat! Everyone was welcoming and service was efficient and pleasant! We went for brunch! We got there a little past 11 and were immediately greeted and informed to sit anywhere we wanted. My wife had the Apfelpfannenkuchen (Apple Pancakes), we shared the potato pancake, and I had the corned beef hash! Everything was cooked to order and tasty! Jenn(sp?) was our server! She was very pleasant and quick for coffee refills! We will definitely be back, in order to try some of their other dishes! A must stop, while in Medina!
