I am not someone that normally complains about places and I want to preface this with I think most of this is the ownership’s fault, but I have ordered food from here a few times and it always takes >1 hour to arrive. This evening I ordered two sandwiches and it took between 1.5 and 2 hours to come. I called in twice while waiting because it’s Jimmy John’s and it shouldn’t take that long, lol. I was informed they only have one driver, however when my food was dropped off no one rang my doorbell or texted/called to say it arrived and during my last call before checking outside the door I was condescendingly told the driver texted me (they didn’t). I understand what it’s like to work a thankless job and not get paid as much as you deserve but at the same time I was polite when calling and it shouldn’t take two hours to get cold sandwiches, lol. The owners should hire more people to help their staff out and pay them more to attract people. But also maybe the staff shouldn’t treat me like a loser for wondering where my food is when it’s so late, lol

Ordered the jalapeño chicken wraps but on bread (its an option when ordering) they can't seem to follow instructions and got a wrap.This isn't the first time the medina location has screwed up an order and we drive all the way home to find it out. I shouldn't have to open every sandwich to check them.

I love the food it's great! But the delivery is awful the app will say it's been delivered for 45 min to an hour before you ever get your food... I highly recommend picking up yourself or going in and ordering my better

How to get something to eat before we went to Castle Noel and Jimmy John's was it. Good
My food smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting. It's like the driver blew smoke directly into the bag. I called and they would not refund me for the sandwich. They offered a store credit that can be claimed only at that specific store in person. Customer service was very poor in this situation. I order weekly from them and will no longer be ordering.

I waited in line for 10 minutes to order, after i ordered didn’t hear my sandwiches called out and then when i asked for a bag to put my sandwiches in it was thrown at me. And the worker proceeded to say “i don’t have time for this” and i usually don’t write bad reviews. But this one set me off.
