Ordered Seafood Monarca shrimp, scallops and salmon. Good but very very little amount of scallops. See photo. Attempted to discuss the very very small amount of scallops with hostess and waiter but neither of them cared and acted that they didn't understand. So it comes down to poor customer service with management. Atmosphere evil looking art see photo. Not glory adios but to diablo.

I was visiting Medina and stopped in for some late carryout. What a cool place! Service was friendly and fast and the food was very very good. Thanks Monarca!
Recent price hikes combined with a serious decline in quality makes this a "never again" place to eat. Within the last year something has changed. I just threw away a $20 meal after one bite. My son didn't eat his food as well. My family used to eat here all the time. But the last two times has been absolutely awful. Last time we spent over $100 for four people and terrible food. We assumed it was just a fluke. Tonight it was over $70 for three dine-in and one takeout order. This is mexican food. Not even good mexican food at that. My takeout burrito If you could call it that is now resting piecefully in my kitchen trash. The dining room is empty these days, so with any luck the problem will resolve itself soon enough. Please bring another owner to this location. Maybe one that knows how to cook and set reasonable prices.

Maria was attentive, friendly and took wonderful care of us through our dining experience. Will be back soon!Parking: Parking available on the street or behind the building.
