Went in to get my order and little miss Starbucks had a problem with my drink order??? She kept making rude comments to her coworker (this was an order of shots). Like "who would order this", "why would you order this", "she doesn't need this".Not that it is anyone's business but I make Tiramisu with them and I'm pretty sure Starbucks is happy to make a sale regardless of what it is!You could tell the coworker felt uncomfortable. I waited for over 10 minutes for my drink and there were many other people waiting for their drinks, so I chose not to say anything. However I did appreciate the look she got when she called out my name and I was standing right there.No class at all. Act like you know what professionalism is.

I’m not one to take the time to write reviews but I’ve now had multiple bad experiences at this Starbucks and the last time left me feeling ill. I ordered an iced coffee with cream and it tasted rancid. The barista read off the date on the cream (as if I was making it up…) but she made me a new one with a new carton of cream. It was still absolutely awful so either the coffee itself was bad or the entire shipment of cream was spoiled. I only had a few sips but it really upset my stomach. Additionally, they charge $4.65 for a basic venti iced coffee (no additions) and other Starbucks only charge $2.95. Go to the Starbucks down the road for a better experience.

To day my latte was discasting were was the coffee? If there was I did not see it or tasted manager should teach employees how to make an espresso latte I don’t mind paying the price if it’s goodGood luck to you all

Don't bother coming here - go to a REAL Starbucks. The baristas, if you can even call them that, are so busy chit chatting with each other they seem to forget they're supposed to be working.Ordered a light ice matcha latte with soy milk. Neither customization was done, though it's no surprise since the person making the drink was chatting with the other worker about nonsense and didn't bother paying attention.Also, both workers were rude with terrible dispositions and incredibly slow. Only 2 people were ahead in line, 1 person waiting for their drink, and it still took 20+ minutes.Save yourself the trouble and go to the real Starbucks cafe down the street.

Barista was great. Took my order promptly and made my items immediately after. The ONLY reason it’s 3 stars is because the manager or supervisor or whoever on duty walked up to this girl WHILE SHE WAS SERVING ME with a full can of Pepsi and asked if it was hers. She says yes and the manager lady dumps it in the sink and tells her she can’t have it in the back room (then where do the drinks go???) and the barista apologized and said she was sorry and didn’t have time to run to the back after clocking in and all the manager said was “you can’t have it you can’t have it you can’t have it” and walked off literally didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever. What kind of leadership is that? 5 stars for the very kind and sweet barista, 0 stars for the awful manager. 3 stars for the store.

This lady had no clue what she was doing. I ordered a Iced Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte with no customizations. Right off the bat the lady had a TERRIBLE attitude. I understand no wants to work. However, you need to have a good attitude and provide adequate customer service/support. This lady didn’t even give me the correct drink. So I paid extra for a iced vanilla latte instead of my seasonal drink. Back to the story. The lady starts making my drink and says “Oatmilk?” and I said “No, I want almond milk.”. Then she’s making my drink hot. Half way through she goes “You want it hot?” “No, I ordered an iced coffee.” After that she starts asking me personal questions which I found to be really weird and uncomfortable. For example, she asked me how old I am. It was out of the blue and not something a stranger should be asking. Following the uncomfortable questions, I asked for a lid that did not require a straw due to the fact that I got my wisdom teeth extracted. She keeps trying to start a conversation when I’m in a rush and just want my coffee. She gave me two lids for one cup. Overall, I am extremely disappointed. I want a refund or a new drink. I would like someone to properly train the employee.

This place is so nice, I've always had a good experience. But today some volcano fire head a** b**** was so rude to me. She took forever to make my drink then bitched me out after I sat down at the table that was marked "temporarily closed" but i had my mask on. She could have been nice but she was rude asf. Sincerely, big daddy.

Order ahead and pick up inside, they are busy so make sure you give the right amount of time. And its prefect!
