Taco bell needs to get into making food the way they used to. We ordered a beef burrito Supreme, when we looked inside of it, no lettuce, we thought we saw a tomato bit and it was way too cheesy. We couldn't see beef in it either. I loved back in the day, you could order 10 items and it was maybe 12.00 bucks. We ordered 5 tacos 2 chicken chalupas, 1 beef burrito and a chicken quesidila and it was 38.00. We will still go there, but there needs to be improvement
Very nice people, The order was correct. Only issue was the same as every other taco bell...they never heat up the crunchwraps enough (breakfast). A few min in the air fryer at home makes it perfect though?♂️

There’s no reason why the meat should be cold. Everytime I order here something is either half empty, poorly wrapped or cold. I’ll just have to order somewhere else :(

Slowest Taco Bell ever! Been in line in the drive thru for over almost 45 minuets already and there is no exit so you just stuck if you pull in. Worst service
When you pull up and they have a mobile thru you can appreciate that. However Customer Service was ok. The food was nasty. Chalupa was cold, meat tasted old as well as the ingredients. They messed my order up and didn't give me any napkins. Just not a good experience. It's ok I won't be back. 2 stars for the mobile thru.

Stopped in to Taco Hell. Ordered a beef burrito. Took it home only to find there was absolutely no beef in it. I called the restaurant and was told there was nothing they would do to correct the order. And fast food workers want $20.00 an hour. They evidently can't even find the beef. Now mind you, I hadn't been to a Taco Bell in years. Now I know why. They built a new Resturant, they need to build a new team.

I have to praise the customer service here. Not only did they fix my daughter's taco right away but I also watch one of the employees Blake help an elderly man who needed to order. He was kind and patient with this man . He smiled the whole time and when the elderly man realized he wasn't at subway. That employee googled where the closes one was and pointed the elderly man that way. I was blown away by the kindness and respect this employee had. Outstanding customer service ? . What a great example he is setting. It wasn't his job but he went the extra mile. He needs to be recognized!

The food was good , but an older couple came in and couldn’t use the self order kiosk . they asked for help and then asked if someone could please ? take their order and they were told no. My heart absolutely sank for this couple and they ended up leaving without buying any food. The manager came out when confronted and said that doing it this way was better because he has a full crew in the back and he doesn’t need cashiers so it wasn’t necessarily taking away jobs from anybody but in reality it is, we should have cashiers to help people who need help and people in the back to make the food. Yes you’re getting the food out quicker but you’re also losing because people want customer service . Not to do it themselves. That’s why we go out to eat. you see the self check out is a good thing, but really they’re not .
