This was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. We were asked to be seated a place then were quickly after seated told we had to move. We waited over 15 minutes to be asked about drinks and were cut off and told we couldn’t order an appetizer “she’s only taking our drink order right now” mind you it’s a Friday evening it’s was NOT that busy actually hardly busy for a Friday night. Waiting another 15 minutes for said drink. We finally were able to order our app and told we couldn’t substitute for something cheaper. The waitress had an attitude the entire service. We finally were able to order and once we waited another 20 minutes for the meal it was DISGUSTING. My husband who eats anything hardly touched his food and my supposed to be rare burger was CHARED BLACK!!! It came with 10 fries I had to ask 10 times for ranch and overall the food service and entire place was horrible. 100% dissatisfied and will not be back. 10 out of 10 WILL NOT recommend! Get your staff to do there jobs I work in the service industry what we experienced was uncalled for!!!

Service was decent. The chefs drenched my Caesar salad in ranch until it burned to swallow. I also asked for my dressing on the side. It felt like I was eating a ranch soup with a side of lettuce. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin. It was good. My sister ordered the 5 blend cheese mac. She said it tasted bland and watery. I don’t think the cooks left the pasta on the stove long enough. Didn’t let the cream thicken.

I order from here about once a week. My order tonight was very disappointing, but usually I have a good experience. I have no idea what was wrong with the chef, but the fact that he let a barely 4oz piece of steak leave his kitchen instead of a 8oz, tells me that whoever is cooking this evening has no respect for the food he/she serves or the customers. When you pay close to $50 for a meal for 2, you don’t expect to be served this. I had to wait an extra hour to eat my dinner because of this. I hope that the owner sees this and ensures that this never happens again. I enjoy eating from here and do not expect to be served this way.

Let's start with the spinach artichoke dip, first it was more like soup , that was not tasty, no toast points given just tortilla chips which were all broken, and why would you serve on the same plate salsa ❓I ordered a burger, the waitress asked if I would like it pink inside, I thought cool ! I was wrong it was so over done and dry, . Out of the five at the table no one enjoyed their meal.Oh I almost forgot before I ordered I saw they had Guinness beer , nope none in stock .Never ate there before never again,In my mind the place has given up and is in its final days.My motto when running a restaurant is that every customer is a VIP, every dish will be a work of art.

Me and my wife loved the whole experience perfect food perfect employees and perfect environment An I love there mountain dew berry blast it's Applebee's only me and my wife have been here for date night i say 7 times every time been same and sometimes I go there just for there very own mountain dew berry blast and most of the time they don't charge me one of the best places I'm speaking for Applebee's in mentor ohio and Ashtabula OhioParking: Mentor Ohio and good parking no problemsKid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendlyness 100 percentWheelchair accessibility: Good
