I loved their French Dip and Swiss, it's my favorite and it's highly recommend. Their customer service is amazing and they get the food out quickly to customers. The workers are extremely nice and it's not too expensive there if you're looking for a nice meal for a big group.

I drive to this location rather than visit the location in Mentor on the Lake because of the service! These folks are great and I don't mind the extra distance because I know I'll enjoy my visit!Please bring back potatoe cakes!!!

Was standing in front of cashier, she walked away without saying anything, in the middle of my order to do a drive thru order. She then laughed when I called her out on it and told me that drive thru is the priority. My money counts too... I walked out because I was told that I wasn't a priority. Be warned.

August 29, 2023They made sure I was happy. Location by the mall upset me. Everyone here was sweet and caring. I told them about my experience at the other location and they made sure I had a good experience here. I appreciate feeling like I matter.
