I came here just to get a lemonade, the 2 employees were making pretzels, so I patiently waited for them to finish up & take care of me. They were laughing and working & didn't even acknowledge me standing at the register. Someone could have said, "be right with you" or "we're closed for the day" ANYTHING. After five minutes of being ignored I just walked away & went else where. Their customer service is never great but never this bad.

This place had the rudest manager on duty. We tried explaining and allergy to her and she didn't even listen. This has not been an issue at other locations. Then we listen to her order around other associates in a rude manner.
The manager, Dawn gives away lice free of charge to her customers.

Cute blonde cashier girl help me apply so that was cool. The line was long but the mall was fun to look at. Didn't eat anything cuz it's like $12 for a meal and I'm on a budget. $12 for fast food is kinda high isn't? Idk

Saturday afternoon, busy mall full of shoppers. I went up to the counter to place my order and was told they were"temporarily closed" and the product in the case was for a catering order. That is not good customer service. It seems toe that if you have a catering order, you should plan for that and also be able to serve your other customers
