We did not have a good experience this time. The service was horrible. We hardly ever saw our waitress. My husband asked for a burger with no cheese and they gave him one with cheese. She took it back and everything was scraped off of it. All of the condiments not just the cheese. The mushrooms the onions and the lettuce. And then they put the scraped off Burger back on the bun without anything else on it. We didn't bother to complain again. He just took a couple of bites and that was the end of it. I got breakfast which is usually good. It was not. But what was really bad was the service. We won't be back

The service at this Bob Evans is great. The food quality is very consistent. However, they've started trying to upsell appetizers (the waitress told us that management is actually having a contest.) the waitress tried to get us to order additional items on three different occasions on our most recent visit. Not what I particularly want, especially early on a Saturday morning. Other than that, service is fine, the food is what you'd expect, and I wouldn't have any other complaint.

I’ll preface this with our waitress Poca was amazing! However, I received TERRIBLE customer service by the woman who cashed us out at the register. I told her I had a coupon from the app and before looking she said she couldn’t take it. I showed her it’s in the app and she needs to scan it. She said it has to be a barcode. I told her it’s ridiculous that she cannot honor it when it’s their own app. I told her she should take that up with her manager on why they cannot honor the app coupons. She gave attitude and told me to take it up with corporate. Extremely unhelpful and she could care less! I work in operations and understand unhappy customers, you should have at least politely told us it couldn’t be honored or have your manager come over!

Our waitress Brandy was very sweet, and always one step ahead of things! I didn't even have to ask her for a take-home box, because she had already grabbed me one when she came by with our check.

Our waitress, Kim, was one of the best we've had. She came to our table quickly, although she was handling other tables. Brought our decaf quickly, nice and hot, patiently answered questions to help us decide. Our orders came out hot and exactly right. Our onion ring appetizer was hot and crispy. I had ordered my chicken fried steak without the usual country gravy and our waitress offered me a couple other gravy options. Every morsel of food was delicious and prepared just as ordered. My hubby said his burger was excellent. We will definitely be visiting this Bob Evans again.
