Purchased the baby back ribs full slab meal with Mac n cheese, green beans and corn bread. I must say the corn bread was the best part. The ribs were absolutely horrible. I don't know what kind of sauce was used but it wasn't BBQ. The seasoning on the ribs was disgusting. The green beans were bland with no seasoning. The Mac was so so but with everything else tasting so bad it was hard to appreciate any of it. It was the worst, did not taste even close to any ribs I've ever had. Total waste, threw it out after the first bite. I would also like to mention the condition of the restaurant. It was not the cleanest and is definitely in need of some repairs or makeover. We sat a table waiting on our order. It look like it needed a good wipe down along with the rest of the restaurant. The customer service, two thumbs up. Wish everything could've been.

I used to love Boston market. It was good traditional food, affordable, and well packaged on those "takeout" nights. I havent been there in about 6 months, but man, it took a sad turn. I ordered the family meal for four. Chicken as the main protein, and then four sides. You used to have a decent amount of options to pick for your sides, but now they only offer five. Steamed broccoliCornMashed potatoesCilantro lime riceMac and cheeseI got them all except for the broccoliThe Corn im almost positive came out of a can from the nearest local AldiThe mashed potatoes were drinkable. They looked like a melted snowman. Arts and crafts anyone? Im sure it would work well as paste for your childs art projectThe rice looked like it came from the bottom of a bird cage. Zero flavor. No lime- and you guessed it... no....cilantro The mac and cheese brought me back to 1999- elementary school cafeteria style. I can roll with the fact it was nostolgia in my mouth for about five seconds. Cant imagine the broccoli would be good.To top it off, they bagged the (once super delicious corn bread) in sandwiches baggies from dollar tree. The big, beautiful, and sturdy takeout bag with the Boston market logo on it is GONE. Food was packaged up in flimsy restaurant doggy containers, and then sent off to you in a grocery bag. If the new owners did this, you suck.. If it's the unfortunate way of the world right now.. *****big sigh***** I'll miss ya

Horrible. Took one bite from the chicken and threw it out. Been going here for years. Tonight was the last time. Chicken must have been in the warmer for hours. Potato's are instant, broccoli must have been sitting in water for hours also. It's a real shame as the food used to be good. Called the store and they don't answer the phone. Went to the corporate web-site and you cannot leave feedback. That tells the story.

Love Boston Market, chicken flavors are super tasty especially the spicy Thai garlic chicken. Totally slept on fast food place in town

Boston Market was a great place to eat. There would be lines to get in, but not anymore. They now serve their food is Styrofoam containers. The food was terrible. You can only go through the drive thru, the dining room is closed. I don't see this place lasting much longer. Sad but true.

Pros: The Mac n cheese is decent Cons: Everything else. The value for the money is terrible. Way overpriced. The potatoes were very dry and had a weird texture. The meatloaf had an odd smell to it, and it was black. The taste was extremely sour. Many items were "sold out". The wait time was considerable considering the poor quality.

Awful. Small portion, powdered mashed potatoes, dry overcooked chicken, dry weird cornbread. In a cheap styrofoam container.

Yummy chicken pot pies and cornbread! Friendly staff.

We enjoyed takeout from Boston Market on 04/19/2023. When we arrived at approximately 12:30 PM, we were surprised to see the parking lot completely empty. Thinking they were yet another victim of the pandemic, we drove past the front door to see a posted note informing customers that the dining room was closed, but the drive through was open.Proceeding to said drive through, we ordered our food and continued to the pickup window, where we were greeted by a pleasant young lady. When asked about the closed dining room, she informed us she was the manager, and working solo today. She is running the place by herself! We received our lunch of a whole chicken a half slab of ribs and several sides. For a place that specializes in chicken, they do really good ribs as well. Always fall off the bone. It is very disappointing to see so many nice places dealing with a shortage of help. We will continue to support these places. Post pandemic, we have begun adding 20% tips to all takeout orders, a practice that we rarely employed previously.

I had friend and family work at this location in years past. Today the food is from GFS and the store is falling apart. You couldn't pay me to eat here any longer. Nothing has any flavor anymore. Not worth the money in the least.

Ordered the family feast and were missing several items , barely any meat on the chicken . Overpriced for what you receive. Boston market has gone downhill over the years…

They literally have no food to eat. No Rotisserie Chicken, No Meatloaf, No Sandwich’s.Why are they open? Why are they sending out coupons? Why did I drive 30 miles out of my way to get dinner? This restaurant has gone so downhill.I feel bad for the employees who are trying work and have nothing to work with.Never Again

Ordered bbq and garlic flavors chicken and received plain, Mac and cheese was chewy, bread crumbled into crumbs when tried to butter it. The seeet potato “casserole” was the consistency of baby food. It has gotten worse and worse every time I order from here. Not going to order from here anymore. It gets two stars because the chicken was good despite paying more for the flavors and getting plain but all the sides were gross.

Haven't been to Boston market in a couple yrs, used to enjoy the food... Today I ordered the meatloaf dinner, dry, no gravy.... It was terrible.. now I know why nobody was there. Must be new owners. I'll never be back. Thank you for nothing.

We got what we thought was gonna be three good dinners, the joke was on us.We got two half chicken dinners, mashed potatoes, one with sweet potatoes, one with broccoli, the third was supposed to be chicken nuggets(12) Mac and cheese, drink. The mashed potatoes were like thin soup and cold, the chicken nuggets were the tiny little pieces of chicken like for a small child. Our bill was over 30 some dollars. The food board shows of bottles of beverages, they had none. The large Coke that came with the nuggets (Snack) dinner was bigger than the dinner.Thank goodness I had salad at home to make up for the tiny portion of chicken?,sad for over a 10.00 dinner.McDonald's has better deals than this. The girl was not friendly.Parking: Lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is.
