Hours of operation on Saturday is supposed to be 11am-9pm. Get there at 11:52am and a sign on the door says hours of operation are 12pm-7pm and "apologise for inconvenience". Waited until 12:05pm and they still aren't open, no one is inside. "Apologize" is misspelled" and now I can't eat nor my wife.

A wonderful place. Tables spaced wide and super clean. We loved the very attentive staff. We also loved all the way we could personalize our food as we liked it. And a nice assortment to add to our food. Nice presentation and so delicious. Not the super hard round hamburger patties. Hand done and not hard. We love their fries from yams. Slight sweetness and not a lot of Sal needed. No oiliness to the fries. Plus I tried a Brandy Alexander. So creamy and great Flavor. It was a fun experience. I will be back.

We had a coupon for this place so we decided to give it a try. My fiancé and i dined in and we were the only ones in there the whole time. The staff seemed a little bit awkward, but the service was good and the food came out pretty quickly. I got a falafel burger with French fries. My fiancé got a crispy chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. I don't know how they made that falafel but it was super crispy and delicious, and the items on the sandwich were fresh, along with a nice spicy sauce that wasn't too much. The fries had the right amount of salt and also crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The food was definitely made to order. I always love a place with a Coca Cola freestyle machine. It looked like they had beers on tap and a bar with liquor too so you could order a cocktail if you wanted. Overall, I was pleased with the food and I thought it was excellent sized portions, I was satisfied afterwards without being too stuffed. With the coupon, it was $11 something total for the two meals, you couldn't beat that. I gave the server a generous cash tip since it didn't seem like they had much going on that evening. If I were in the area, I would definitely stop by again!!

This was my very first time eating from here I got the 2 burger combo and the 3 burger combo the burgers were okay nothing special the fries had way way to much salt on them that’s literally all you tasted was salt I tried to order milk shakes but they were all out of milk customer service was good the girl helped me place my order and was friendly I don’t know if I will visit again

If I could give this place NO STARS, I would!!! Awful food and it was cold when we got it! Not to mention we all got really bad food poisioning, and when we try contacting them about it they don't respond!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! FOOD THAT'S FLAVOURLESS AND MAKES YOU DEATHLY ILL!!!!!

This is the Burger Joint That Gave Up. Wow. You can see just from the pic of the sign inside just how little the owners, managers, and staff care about this place. Oh, the ice machine and soda machine was also broken. So, it's not just about the sign. Either most of the TVs were broken too, or they just didn't bother to turn them on. The place was practically deserted and now I can see why. The girl who was working seemed like she couldn't be bothered. She made our drinks without ice instead of going in the back to get some. She couldn't remember who ordered what and left it to us to figure out. The food was mediocre. I mean, better than McDonalds, but not by much. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the kids liked the milkshakes. Avoid this place.
Staff was extremely friendly even though they were so short staffed. Food was phenomenal. I had the duo with a classic burger and the Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. I wish I lived near one of these. They are fantastic.

Food is fine, but I just found out that the owner keeps the servers' tips. If you go make sure to hand tip money directly to your sever.

Really good food, it took a long time to get our food. However,, instead of knocking the employees and issuing fewer stars, I'll keep my review based in reality .. they were younger (like just out of high school), they were clearly new employees, and there is a labor shortage. Any customers who criticize people who want to work in a time when nobody wants to work, are the same clowns who negatively review products that are delivered damaged even though it was the delivery company's fault.
