went to the Painesville location for wings. Worst wings I ever had. They were dry and tasted old. There was practically no sauce on them. Threw them out. The staff however, was very kind and helpful

Cheesesteak had a rancid smell. I asked my wife to smell the cheesesteak - she agreed. I drove back to Mentor to return it. I did not get an apology from the manager. All I got was denial. Rancid smelling food and poor customer service. Will not visit again.

Got food poisoning 15 minutes after eating a chicken philly sandwich and fries. Got fever, chills, and vomiting all evening. I tried to get in contact with the manager of this location but nobody would answer, no compensation or refund whatsoever. Would not eat here again!

This was once my favorite fast food restaurant. The last two time at the Mentor Ohio location in Great Lakes mall, SUCKS! The workers spend more time talking to each other and on the phone to get your order correct.I had to eat something for asked for fries EXTRA CRISPY to ensure they’d be completely cooked. The girl said ok never told the cooks. Half of my fries were not cooked through. I had to wait for the girl to hand them to me. All while being on the CELL PHONE. I’M VERY UPSET AND may not ever visit this location again

I genuinely don’t know how people order from here, let alone are repeat customers. I got the Philly Cheesesteak and it was the most bland sub I’ve ever had. Their fries tasted like they were deep fried with plastic, no taste. I got a cheese sauce with my food and that also tasted like plastic. The more I ate my sub the more I was mad that we wasted $30 on a meal for two people. My husbands sub was the Bacon 3 Cheese and the only saving grace in his sub was the bacon. Literally any other restaurant in the mall would be 1000x better, and much more deserving of customers.

I have no idea how you'll go about hiring professionals. You are clearly dropping the ball. I've never ordered food and just from the interaction I decided to go eat Asian food instead. African American consumers are tired of not being treated with good spirits and smiles. These negative attitude employess are such a turn off. Please do better Mrs. Sandwich handler, I will speak up when I feel I'm not being treated righteously.

Usually when I come here I'm pretty happy, everything's always been fresh and delicious. Fries are always excruciating hot and that's not even a complaint even if I do burn my mouth; most places always have cold friends so this is a welcomed problem. I took one star away because sometimes the customer service could be a hit or miss, much like many have said here. Sometimes the line moves fast and sometimes it's a slog due to the incompetence of the employees. Also I docked a star because at one point they had paper straws and while I'm all for saving the environment those paper straws just sucked (lol) and I'm glad they switched back to the plastic but in addition to the docked star I wish they would keep their masks on and wear hair nets and gloves when preparing the food like this should be food safety 101. Other then that, a solid Charleys.
