The store manager Daniel is soooo awesome the store was about to close in 16 minutes we didn't know they had everything shut down and cleaned already but he never expressed a hint of poor attitude he was actually really helpful with a smile on his face pulled food out the back and made us a pizza a really good one too!! 10 out of 10!! Thank you Daniel ? we were pretty hungry lol

Very rude! Never received my delivery. I called and the person told me the driver left it on a chair. Not at my house. He told me to walk over to my neighbors to see if I could find it. When I told him I was in a wheelchair he said he would credit my order and hung up on me. Very Rude! Never again. I will ne looking for my credit.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and a pizza. My sandwich had something spicy on it! I have had this sandwich at least 20 times and has Never been spicy.While I was waiting someone kept knocking on and hitting the window with a towel at the drive through window from the inside!This was rather scary as the drive through is a dark area.I will not be returning to this location!

So I ordered one cheese pizza with onion on it about 2.5 hours ago and I still have not received my pizza I called three times and each time was a different person and they all said they were managers which has to be a lie the first person literally answered the phone and said what do you need and none of them were polite they all had a different reason for the food being late I heard it was on its way and a hour later it wasn’t then I heard the power went out idk what to believe what’s the truth at this point I called at 9:20 and they said they were waiting for the driver to get back and go on another delivery then come g bc ack and get my order

Awful awful awful. A couple months ago I placed an order on the app, My tracker was stuck on quality check for 20 minutes. I called the store THREE times and each time they told me it was on the way. Keep in mind I had to wait on hold at least five minutes each time. About TWO HOURS later, my order said completed. I never received it. Never got refunded. All they did was give me 100 points, so i tried again tonight to use my points. Once again the tracker was stuck on quality check for 20+ minutes. I tried calling to just cancel and get refunded and they assured me it's getting picked up shortly. We will see. Needless to say, I'm never ordering from this location again.

We decided to order pizza Tonite on Christmas Eve...there only 1 young man working his name is Jay...no manger no assistance yet he has a smoke on his face as he took care of our online order plus the 6 orders on his screen.Someone needs to give him his due recognition...it's hard finding good work and this man is it.

The last 4 orders here were incorrect. They literally ignore what you order and give you whatever they want. If you complain, you get 20% off your next incorrect order. You never get what you order.

Food was delivered to the wrong house, manager “Jay” even admitted it on the phone. He “couldn’t refund my money or remake the order” all he could do was give a store credit- ridiculous and seems illegal. He then hung up on me, probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced… find some better people to run that place.

HUGE customer service issue! I ordered through the app and saw that my order was ready, so I pulled up to the window and did not receive ANY acknowledgement whatsoever from any of the several employees walking past. Normally I’d let this slide, but the same thing happened the last time I picked up from this Domino’s. Not even exaggerating, I sat there maybe 10 minutes before I decided I had had enough and went inside to get my food.When I got inside, a woman asked who I was picking up for and I told her. She then played dumb, saying “Oh I just saw that one,” making it seem that my order had just been completed. I know for a fact it had been sitting there for some time because it was lukewarm by the time I received it. As if this wasn’t bad enough, the employees are clearly careless when it comes to topping and cutting pizzas… I only wanted HALF the pizza to have toppings and it was cut so unevenly.I might drive further to another Domino’s just to receive better service. Do better!
