I am not happy with the quality of donuts I ordered today. This is not the first time this occurred. I go early in the morning and got really dry donuts where the frosting was half peeled off. Subsequently, I have reported my experience to the store via a phone call. I hope you pay more attention to this degrading quality of $1.50/each donuts. Freshness of donuts that too early in the morning should not be compromised.

0 stars if i could. Saw 2 employees 1 with gloves one without. One had their hand in the trash can then proceeded to take my order without washing his hands.the 2nd with gloves dragged another full trash to the 1st with his gloved hands gripping the inside, he then turns and grabs a drive thru customers doughnut without even changing his gloves. ??? if you get sick from here must be the garbage can juices. Starbucks gets my $ now.

This dunkin is by far my favorite one to go to and mostly because of 2 people and the rest of the staff of course but here is why..I am a regular customer usually getting a medium frozen mocha coffee and there is the super nice lady that takes my order she calls me honey everytime and the most pleasant voice. Then at the window it's always this tall skinny young man who has a smile on his face no matter what day it is and he is so very nice and between these two it makes my morning so much better every time. Also i feel like whenever these two are working that drive thru it is not only fast but my order is always right every time i can see these two checking the orders as the other crew is preparing and they check it over everytime to make sure it's right i have been to a couple other dunkins before and i got my order wrong a few times but it happens when your busy.However especially now in these days it so hard to find such good service and people who actually enjoy their job and i just hope these two stay and continue to make mine and the other customers morning great nice job dunkin!

Not a fan of this location because it’s drive thru ONLY. I don’t like having to wait in a long drive thru line for a MOBILE ORDER. My cold brew was good, BUT the pumpkin donut was hard & stale.??

Walked in, no one in line waited 5minutes then left because they rather help drive thru than the only walk in. Gunna go spend 4x as much money at starbucks out of spite, please
Leaving this review based on the service. Very uncomfortable and strange experience. I believe the owner took my order. I believe he was a middle aged Indian man. He was very rude and seemed upset while he took my order. Very snippy with me for no reason. He did not say hello to me when I got to the window or anything. Normally I don’t write reviews, but if you’re the owner of this place, you are NOT setting a good example for how to treat customers. Maybe you guys could learn a thing or two from Chic Fil A…

They spilled my drink allover me and wouldn’t offer me a refund or remake. This place sells meat that is not frozen correctly!! DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

Ordered a large latte drink and it was so filled with ice I could barely put my straw in. Drink was delicious but I feel like I was shorted product because of the ice. I normally don’t ever have problems at this location so maybe just a fluke.
