I’ve been stopping at this Dunkin for probably the last 3-5 years and every single time they greet me with the absolute best service. Every single time whatever I ordered comes out exactly as expected and they genuinely have the nicest staff, truly. I’ve been to Dunkin’s all around the area and even in other states and by far, this one feels like home or like my own family members work there. Thank you ALL for being such a welcoming group and always being the best!

all of the employees here are sweet hearts are my coffee is always good. one lady always gives me and my boyfriend extra food when we come inside and another guy at the window is always smiling and super polite. i love the new staff everyone is so sweet :)

I just ordered an iced coffee with double cream & sugar. the girl taking my order literally asked me twice if i said double and i clarified yes both times then they gave me regular cream & sugar. absolutely waste of my money.

I've gone to this Dunkin' frequently over the years and it's fantastic. Management / staff has always been very kind and friendly. The coffee and food is consistently great. I highly recommend this Dunkin'!

This place is a joke. Wait in line forever, their screen to view what you want to order is not even working then they tell you when you get to the window that they only take cash. Then to top it off their door is locked so you can’t even go inside. Take a few extra minutes and go to the one on mentor avenue. This place is poorly ran and completely mismanaged
