I'm not sure as to who the cashier's name was, but she was a woman in her upper 30s/early 40s with brown hair and glasses. And was beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. I had already been charged $7.25, only for the cashier to try and double charge me, but when I stated she had already charged me and showed her the transaction on my bank account, instantly she got aggressive with me and said that it was not true, and basically made me out to be a liar in front of everyone.So as I sat down at a table to put more money on my card, to basically be double charged, here someone else paid for my drink. I told her not to, but she did anyways, and the cashier had the nerve to roll her eyes at me and say "someone paid for your drink," as if I did it on purpose or something. Very unprofessional, she needs fired. All I said was I know I was charged, please don't double charge me, and even showed her my phone with the transaction, in which she instantly got aggressive, made me feel belittled and stupid, to then make me feel even more belittled as I was putting more money on my card in front of a bunch of customers.

This would've been a full five star vote from me but honestly this place has been falling off over the past year. This place was once my Starbucks killer, I preferred GJ to Starbucks for a quite a long while but recently GJ have been hiring baristas who just don't mix drinks well. I'll either get a large lump of ice with little liquid or when I ask for a chiller it'll be more like just an iced coffee with ice cubes in it when I'm looking for something more on the same vein as a frappuccino. I've recently just stopped going here and prefer to just walk the extra distance for Starbucks, hopefully this place will get it together..

I ended up choosing the chocolate raspberry dazzle, and it tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice, quaint coffee to drink.

I'm really enjoying the new horchata Cafe drink. I prefer it blended with whipped creme on top. They make it without coffee too if you can't have caffeine.

I loved it. Went there with my toddler. The staff was super nice AND what I loved the most is that they were so considerate and made the hot chocolate for my son nice and warm instead of boiling. I didn't even think about it as I am used to tell my kids that they have to wait forever until stuff is not hot anymore. Chocolate Muffin was amazing and hot chocolate and latte good as well.
