Visiting family in town. Called ahead and they said our wait would be 20 minutes. Waited an hour. Our waitress was good. They brought our salads and appetizers so close we had no room for the food. We just barely go started eating our salad and the wait staff brought out steaks. Food was average over all. This was Sunday evening too.

Absolutely the best dining experience we've had in awhile Chrissy and I....The Chicken Parmesan was so delicious... Our waiter Tim was amazing rarely find a waiter like him Thank you Tim?...This was the Mentor location... We can't wait to go back again to try the steaks.

I ate alone for some piece and to people watch. My food was great and so was my server, but I can't say the same for everyone around me. The table next to me had a couple that was waiting when I got placed they left not getting served because no one talked to them.

Great server and store manager walked around and greated every table. We were there celebrating my mom's birthday and my six year old daughter school award so my daughter's food was on the house and he gave my mom a coupon for a free appetizer the next time we come in. We didn't even ask for it. It's been hard to find good customer service since covid but this service wasn't good it was GREAT.
