The girl on the headset for frive through working today 3/8/24 at 6:25pm is extremely rude and disrespectful! We did not bother buying anything from there because she does not know how to treat people and sighs at people over the intercom then admits that she does. The GM Denise needs to work with her employees on customer service based on the other reviews on the website. Overall, it is a reflection of you and your management.

I go to this location a lot we’ve ordered two sandwiches and two small fries on Sunday. We only got one so we told the lady up there at the counter gave them the receipt and everything she was about to charge us for another thing of fries and was doing her job until the manager intervene I think he was bald had glasses on and said we have to go all the way around the parking lot in a rude tone of voice to it’s a little ridiculous we’re not going around one more time just for another thing of fries she can just make the fries up there like the lady was doing so now we will go to a different McDonald’s

I ordered 2 Mcdoubles and 2 large fries and 2 Large doctor peppers and the dr peppers tasted horrible, subbed out for sprite and fanta, also tastes like just carbonated water. No salt on fries, window employee was getting mad and slammed window on us and said “why are they still here?” to her coworker and got her manager to sub out the drink instead of just listening to us speak and fixing our problem, they were also saying how difficult we were for asking to wait for the Dr. Pepper to be switched and they told us to get something else. Manager was nice but the crew members definitely need some reevaluation. Threw out my drink and went to the mcdonald’s in mentor on the lake instead. 2/5 Stars, never coming back.

The two kids working the drive through windows last night around 8:15-8:30pm were extremely polite. Pretty sure the one kid bowed to me as he gave my food. I will make it a point to go to that store specifically in the future because of those two. Only giving 4 stars because, you know, the food...

My passenger and I each placed a separate mobile order. When we got to the drive-thru window, we were told we had to go thru the drive thru line a second time to pick up the additional order. When we questioned it at the window, we were informed that it is a policy that is strictly enforced. The kicker was, it that there was absolutely no one else in the drive thru either.

Never get the orders correct. Can’t have salt and guess who got extra salty fries! Like read the screens it’s not that hard. Some food restrictions and allergies can kill people.

Went through drive thru on 122223, drive thru running smoothly, came around lunchtime.......ordered two kerwin frost boxes. I got to second window to pick up, the manager or assistant just shoves the drinks and food out the window, bottom of the frost box is not completely closed, it pops open ......seriously work on quality not timers.....she also had a nasty look the whole time like she was being bothered....don't want to work there, then don't.....fast food is a hard job, I understand however quit being miserable to others

I went to pickup two of my friends mobile orders and place my own order. Which I’ve done before no issues at other locations. I was told it is policy, which I know isn’t the workers fault - they made me drive around the drive thru 3 times for the 3 orders. I was the only car in the drive thru. Make it make sense for me. The biggest waste of time for something simple. I suggest this McDonald’s changes that policy. Not efficient at all.

Fish tasted like paper, the fries were cold and rubbery. Pie was iffy. Hardly any ice in pop. 23.00 later.
