I made an online order for a bowl while at work and received the complete wrong order. My food is literally unedible, they added tons of mushrooms, I'm allergic.

Moes is a favorite. Much better than their competitor, Chipotle. Fresher ingredients, more selection, better sauces, AND FREE CHIPS! Also a killer FREE salsa bar! Also the staff us always friendly and willing to add extras of any toppings you want. Try getting that from that other place! Great, fresh food at a reasonable price!

The food is fresh & it usually last 2 meals. They have a variety of food to chose from their menu. Service can be slow during busy hours but like everybody else, they are short staffed.

Love this place & I'm the 1 who didn't want to try it cuz I dislike the other Mexican chain so much lol . My friend loves that other chain , but agrees about how yummy Moe's is . ?The Monday special is awesome 2 people each get a monster burrito , chips , salsa , a beverage and an extra side of queso for $20 ! .. and we each have enough left over for lunch the next day YaY !

I've been to moe's a few times for lunch. it's always the same too girls working (Hope and Faith) both girls have always greeted me as soon as I walk in there. They're so friendly. They always make my experience at moes amazing! I feel so welcomed.

Th8s is the worst Moe's I've eaten at. I understand saving on food cost but when you order nachos you should get the correct amount of Queso on them. It was the manager that was making the food you would think she should have known the specific amount that the nachos get. I would make sure to check and watch what they are putting on your food at this Moe's I would not recommend eating at this one.

More significantly, they have an open dining room... still a rarity in the first half of 2022. The food ingredients are great, from the steak, to the grilled vegetables, to the guacamole. The best thing about Moe's is the Salsa Bar. I particularly enjoy seasonal salsa.

Moe's on Mentor Avenue near the mall is the best one yet. The service is always awesome. The young ppl are friendly without attitudes, always so upbeat. I like to have service with a smile and a good attitude. The place was clean and so were the areas where the food and drinks were. I never have a problem when I go there and guess what no extra charge just to add a little more of the diced tomatoes mix.

I ordered tacos to eat in the store. After I finished my food, Hope (shift leader) came to my table and asked how I liked everything. I told her everything was great! I even tried the sweet tea today and I was impressed. I love how welcomed I feel every time I come in to this store! I definitely will be returning again. Keep up the great work!
